RF EXPOSURE WARNING!
- Install and operate the device in accordance with provided instructions.
- This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance 20cm between you and the device.
- End-users and installers must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance.

- Anti-static measures should be taken to decrease the damage of static electricity to electronic components.

- All product labels and nameplate on the module shall be maintained and clearly visible.
FCC RULES
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules Operation is subject to the
following two conditions:
(1)This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2)This device must
accept any interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible
for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
Note: Complying within the limits of a Class B digital device, pursuant to FCC
part 15B of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable
protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This
equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not
installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful
interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that
interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment
does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be
determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try
to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and the antenna.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a different circuit from that to which the receiver is connected.

Wi-Fi Installation requirements
The longest connection distance between the router and the Wi-Fi dongle should
be no more than 100 meters. If there is a wall between the router and the
dongle, the longest connection distance is 20 meters.
*Note: When the Wi-Fi signal is weak, please install a Wi-Fi signal booster at the appropriate location.
4G Cellular SIM card installation
Step 1: Screw off the dongle back cover, and insert the nano size SIM card. Screw those components.

Unscrew the back cover of the Cellular dongle.

Insert the SIM card.

Replace the convert and secure with screws.
NOTICE!
- Please choose local operators’ SIM card and confirm its availability with your dealer.
- Please obtain the corresponding SIM card APN from the operators, and fill in the APN during configuration.
4G Cellular antenna installation

Remove the dust cap.
-
Untie the antenna and screw the connector to the dongle.
Avoid acute angle!
Determine the outdoor mounting location of the antenna. Use proper hardware to
secure the L-shaped bracket to the wall. Attach the bracket to the bracket.
*Note: Bracket must be at least 1 meter away from the inverter or any other equipment with strong signal interference.
Electrical Connection
*Note: Ensure all power has been turned off at least 5 minutes prior to installation.

Remove the dust cover.

Insert with connectors aligned.

Step 3: Create a new account and follow the tutorial on the Q.HOME APP or
the App guide at https://www.Q.HOME.com/ to complete the Wi-Fi/Cellular
configuration.

Note: Make sure the computer or laptop has a good internet connection.
- Open the browser, and type www.portal-q-cells.us into the browser;
- Select the language and then complete the registration, login, site adding and other related operations shown in the “User Guide” “App guide”.
