Make sure to assemble the product as close as possible to its final location to avoid unnecessary moving. Place the product on a flat and stable surface away from children.

Assembly Steps

1. Start by assembling the frame according to the provided instructions.
2. Attach the upper support rod, hanging bar, and bottom shelf to the frame.
3. Install the middle adjustable shelf and adjustable buckle as indicated in the manual.
4. Secure the anchor and self-tapping screws in place.
5. Follow step-by-step instructions for inserting the back panel.

Before You Start

• Read through each step carefully and follow the proper order.
• We recommend that, where possible, all items are assembled near to the area in which they will be placed in use, to avoid moving the product unnecessarily once assembled.
• Always place the product on a flat, steady and stable surface.
• Keep all small parts and packaging materials for this product away from babies and children as they potentially pose a serious choking hazard.

1. Step 1: Lay the Main frame(Part 1  ) on the floor so that you have 1 access to the base of the rack

2. Step 2: Take the Caster(Part 11) and screw it into the Main frame feet in a clockwise direction by using the wrench. Be sure to screw all the way until it is tight.
   

3. Step 3: Push the pin on the left and right sides of the Upper support 4 rod(Part 4 ) into the round hole on the top of the main frame at the same time, and then press down.

4. Step 4: Repeat Step 3 for the Lower support rod (Part 3 ). Please 3 note that the Lower support rod has 2 convex pins, the convex pins should face upward when installing.

5. Step 5: Install the Bottom shelf (Part 6 ) on the frame by lining up 6 the groove to the bottom wire of frame and pressing firmly.

6. Step 6: Install adjustable buckle (Part 10  ) into the hole of the mainframe and press it down. Four adjustable buckles need to be installed at the same height.

7. Step 7: Install Middle adjustable shelf (Part 7 ).  The hole at the bottom of the shelf should be aligned with the adjustable buckle and inserted.

8. Step 8: Insert the back panel into the U-channel at the back.

9. Step 9: Install Hanging bar(Part 5 ) on the top wire of the main 5 frame, it needs to be installed according to the view direction.
   

10. Step10: Install the T 8op shelf (Part 8 ) on the frame by lining up the groove to the bottom wire of frame and pressing firmly.

11. Step11: Screw through the corresponding hole position of the front door and use Philip key to install the handle in front of the front door.
    

12. Step12:Insert the Convex pin of Lower support rod(Part ) into 3 the hole at the bottom of the Front door (Part ), and then press 2 and hold the tab pin at the top of the front door to insert it into the hole of Upper support rod(Part ). 4
    

13. Step13: Tear off the adhesive film of Anti-collision Corner and stick it on the four corners at the top of the cabinet.
    

Description of gap adjustment at the top of the door frame: the casters need to be adjusted according to the actual situation. When the left door is lower, the left casters should be adjusted higher, and so on.

Return

• DO NOT discard the box / original packaging.
