CARE AND MAINTENANCE
- If the product is placed on a tree, the tree should be well secured and stable.
- Before using or reusing, inspect product carefully. Discard any products that have cut, damaged, or frayed wire insulation or cords, cracks in the lamp-holders or enclosures, loose connections, or exposed copper wire.
- When not in use, store neatly in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight.
TROUBLESHOOTING

The light does not come on at all:
a) Make sure the wall switch and circuit breaker are on. -
One of the lamps has burned out.
a) Disconnect power to the string light. Remove effected bulb by gently gripping ST38 bulb and turnning in a counter-clockwise direction. Gently pull out the LED filament piece, then replace with the spare LED filament piece included. Push in until fully seated. Only use spare part provided with this string. Replace the bulb by inserting over LED filament, then gently turn the bulb in a clockwise direction until fully seated.
ATTENTION:
If you replace the filament according to the above steps 1 to 5 , and it
does not work normally after turning on the power, it may be that you inserted
the filament in the wrong direction.
Disconnect power to the string light. Remove the filament and rotate the
filament 180° (change the direction of the wires a and b at the top of the
filament), then insert it into the socket. Install the bulb and turn on the
power to confirm whether it can work normally. TIPS: If you follow the steps above to replace the filament,
but it still does not work after turning on the power, Please feel free to
contact us. We will do our best to help you solve the problem.

- This product operates at 120V, 60Hz 0.3A 35w per string
- Do not mount or place near gas or electric heaters, fireplaces, candles, or other similar sources of heat.
- Do not secure the wiring of the product with staples or nails, or place on sharp hooks or nails.
- Unplug the product when leaving the vicinity of the product or when left unattended.
- This is an electric product and is not a toy! To avoid risk of fire, burns, personal injury, and electric shock, it should not be played with or placed where small children can reach it.
- Do not close doors or windows on the product or extension cords as this may damage the wire insulation.
- Do not cover the product with cloth, paper, or any material not part of the product when in use.
- This product is rated for damp locations only. Do not expose directly to water.
- Replace lamps only with the spare lamps provided with this product.
- The maximum wattage for this string light which is 432 watts(10 strand 100ft string lights).
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
PREPARATION
Before beginning installation or operation of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package and hardware contents lists on page 1. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to install or operate the product. Contact customer service for replacement parts.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
- Disconnect power at the source prior to beginning installation or servicing product.
- String light sockets must be suspended so that lamps are facing downwards. DO NOT mount the light string with sockets facing upward. Lamps should hang freely with at least 3 inches of space from nearest object.
- Carefully remove all the parts from the packaging, and gently lay them out on a smooth workspace. Remove the packing material and uncoil the string light (A).
- Ensure each lamp is securely seated within each socket by gently turning clockwise. Do not over-turn.
- Securely attach string light (A) to a support structure using appropriate supporting hardware (eyebolts, ropes, brackets, etc. not included).
- Plug the beginning of the string light (A) into an appropriate power outlet. Check to ensure each lamp (B) lights up.
- If using the string light outdoors, be sure to use a rain-tight receptacle cover.
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
All of our string lights provide 1-year warranty. If you are not 100%
satisfied with it, please feel free to contact us.
