Control

Download APP
- Search in Apple store (105) or Google Play (Android) to download Govee Home APP
Prepare to add device
- Connecting power with the device to let the light on first, then open the bluetooth of your smart phone.
Add the device
- Open the APP, when entering home page, click the icon “+” in the top right corner to enter Govee device list. Select H6119, then follow the APP prompt to add the device.

Installing your LED strip light

0pen the package, check the appearance of the strip light and all the components are in good condition, then powwer the light to test if it can light up normally.
Place the control box and cigarette lighter assembly in the central control area of the car, and place the first section of the strip lights on the rear seat footrest, then the connecting wires between the first and second section of the strip light passes through the B-pillar of the car (The space between the front seat side and the door), place the second section of the strip lights on the footrest of the cab and vice cab.
Clean up the location where the light strip will be attached, wiped off dust, dirt, and etc. which will affect the adhesion of 3M tape. In order to prevent the strip light from falling off, please keep the paste position flat and clean.
Tear off the sticker of 3M double-sided tape directly and fix the strip light where it needs to be installed, then press the strip light to make it stick stronger, the cable ties can be placed at the beginning and end of the strip light to refasten. If some parts of the strips is not firmly pasted, you can use screws to secure both ends of the strip.
After installation, insert the power into the cigarette lighter and press the button on the top of the cigarette lighter to switch on the power. If the button lit, it means that the led strip is powered up. You could use the control box or APP to turn on/off the light and switch the light effects.

Controlling by control box

On/Off button: Short press to turn on/off the strip light
Color button: Short press to switch the color
Music mode/ Brightness adjustment: Short press to switch to music mode; Long press to adjust the brightness

The LED strip doesn’t turn on

Please make sure the cigarette lighter is power on.
Please make sure the cigarette lighter is well connected with power plug.
There is a button on the cigarette lighter. Please make sure it is pressed, and the LED strip will be energized if button is red.

The LED strip stops working after using for a period

Please make sure the cigarette lighter is well connected with power plug
Please open the APP to make sure the strip light is switched on.
Open the cover of the cigarette lighter and take out the fuse to check whether it’ s burned.

The adhesive is not sticky

Please clean and dry the surface of the object where the strip needs to be installed.
Please put the LED strip on the clean surface, and press it firmly for 15 seconds to make sure it is sticky.
Moreover, please screw the LED strip to prevent it falling off.

Cannot connect to APP

Please turn on the Bluetooth of your cellphone.
Please make sure it is connected to the Bluetooth according to the APP instructions.
If the phone is not compatible, please replace the phone and reconnect the LED strip.
Please unplug the adapter for nearly 10 minutes and replug it in to retry.
Please make sure the device is in the Bluetooth range of your cellphone.
Please make sure there is no obstacles between product and your cellphone.

The control box doesn’t work

Please unplug the cigarette lighter and then plug it back.
Please control the strip light through app and check if you can adjust color and brightness.
