  • Charger Safety: Use a charger that meets local safety standards (e.g. US FCC standards) to charge this product to prevent accidents.
  • Heat Dissipation: Avoid charging the product in places where heat dissipation may be compromised, such as around clothing, pillows, bedding, or debris.
  • Product Handling: Do not disassemble, hit, squeeze, puncture, short-circuit, immerse in water or expose to high temperatures above 60°C (140°F).
  • Product Condition: If the product is dropped, damaged, swollen or leaking, discontinue use and dispose of it properly.

Status Indicators

Charging Status Indicators

The indicator light flashes three times rapidly when the included charging base connects to power, indicating a normal connection.
Place the power bank on the charging base and charge it through the Pogopin connection. It is normal if the white light on the charging base is breathed and blinks.

Discharging Status Indicators

  • Blue light stays on: Indicates wireless charging function is active.
  • Rapid Blue Light Blink: Indicates an issue with the wireless charging function.

When the station base is connected to the power supply, the white and blue lights flash three times and then turn off, indicating that the base is connected to the power supply normally. When the base is inserted into the charger, the white light flashes, and it will turns off when the power bank is fully charged. When the base is put into the headset, the blue light flashes, and it will turns off when the headset is fully charged.

Rapid blinking of the blue light on the base indicates that there are metal foreign objects interfering with the wireless charging function, please clean the base in time. Place your phone on the wireless charging panel without pressing any buttons. The wireless charging function activates automatically.

Alternatively, you can manually enable wireless charging by short-pressing the power check button on the power bank or placing it on the charging base (the wireless charging indicator light illuminates to enter the wireless charging standby mode). If the product is not being charged and there is no wireless charging device connected, the wireless charging function will automatically turn off after about 38 seconds.If you place a wireless charging device on the power bank and then remove it after about 38 seconds, the product enters hibernation mode. The power bank automatically detects the presence of a wireless charging device. When a wireless charging device is connected, the wireless charging function activates, and both the wireless charging and power indicator lights turn off.

Important Notes

  • Initial Charge: Fully charge the product before first use.

  • Charging: Use appropriate charger and cable specifications when charging this product or other devices wirelessly.

  • Device Cover: Ensure that devices you are wirelessly charging have non-metallic protective covers with a thickness not exceeding 2mm.

  • Charging power specifications:

    • 5V/ 2A output supports 5W wireless charging.
    • 9V output (OC2.0/PD charger) supports 7.5W wireless charging.
      The charging dock supports charger power.
  • Cleanliness: Keep the dock pins and charging contacts clean and free of foreign matter.

  • Safety:

    • Make sure that someone is present when charging this product. Unplug it if you go out or leave for an extended period.
    • Unplug the product when the product is fully charged or finished charging other devices. After using the wireless charging function, remove the device from the product to avoid loss. If the product doesn’t show a battery indicator after pressing the button, please connect it to an external charger.
  • Battery Maintenance: For long-term storage, maintain the battery at around 25%-50% and store in a cool, dry environment. Avoid fully charged or depleted states for extended periods to preserve battery life.

  • Magnetic Cards and Medical Devices: Keep a safe distance (20cm) from magnetic cards and implanted medical devices to avoid interference.
