This manual provides instructions on how to use the APP Keypad with your smart lock system. Please follow the steps carefully to ensure the security and functionality of your smart lock system.

Introduction

The APP Keypad allows users to unlock their doors via a secure connection to their smart device. It offers various features such as lock management, ekey management, and system settings to enhance security and user convenience.

Registration and login

Users can register the security module and bind their Bluetooth-enabled smartphones to unlock their smart lock. After registration, users can log in to the APP.

• Security question settings
  When setting up the security module, users can create security questions to enhance the safety of their system.

• Login authentication
  Users can log in with their mobile number or email registered on the APP page. The login process requires a password for security, and users can also use touch ID or facial recognition if their device supports it.

• Verification Mode
  There are two ways to verify identity: identity verification or scanning verification. Users can select the mode they prefer in the APP settings.

• Login Successful
  Once the user is logged into the mobile phone, it needs to be verified. When a sound is heard, it means the mobile phone and the data can be operated on, and the user can now proceed.

Lock Management

The smart lock allows users to carry out various operations such as adding locks, upgrading firmware, and setting time calibration.

• Lock Adding
  The APP supports adding locks, including front door locks, padlocks, etc. Users can follow the prompts from the APP to add their locks. The identification code of the lock needs to be uploaded to the network. Once the lock is added, users can manage it directly from their smart device.

• Lock Upgrade
  When new upgrades are available, the APP will prompt users to upgrade their lock firmware. Users can upgrade with a click, and the APP will display the upgrade progress.

• Error diagnosis and time calibration
  Error diagnoses are easy since the system provides a means to view an electronic blueprint for reference. If necessary, the time can be calibrated by the system through the network, ensuring a precise lock/unlock schedule.

• Authorized administrator
  Only the administrator can authorize other users to the smart lock system. Users can check or change who has the authorization in the system settings.

Ekey Management

The manager can delete keys, set valid and invalid ekeys, and manage key settings within the APP.

• Deadline warning
  Systems that are close to expiring deadlines prompt users to renew or extend their lock settings.

• Search lock record
  The administrator can query the unlock records of each key, ensuring the security and monitoring of access.

Type of passcode

After registering, users can set up different types of lock passcodes, including permanent, one-time, cyclic, and custom passcodes.

• Permanent passcode
  The permanent passcode never expires and can be used at any time.

• Time-limited Passcode
  This type of passcode can be set with an expiration date, making it ideal for temporary or one-time access without risking security.

• One-time passcode
  One-time passcodes can only be used once, making them secure for single-use access.

• Clear code
  A clear code is used to delete all the passcodes that have been set, which is a crucial feature in case of security concerns.

• Cyclic passcode
  This passcode can be set for a specific period, repeating daily or weekly, ideal for recurring access needs.

• Custom passcode
  Users can set custom passcodes tailored to specific needs.

• Passcode sharing
  The system can send the passcode via social media platforms like Messenger or WhatsApp.

• Passcode management
  A generated passcode can be sent and managed via the password management function in the APP.

Card Management

The APP allows users to add or delete access cards for keyless entry.

Fingerprint Management

Fingerprints can be managed in the APP, ensuring that each fingerprint is correctly read and stored for secure access.

Unlock via Bluetooth

Users can unlock their smart lock directly through the APP using Bluetooth connection.

Passage Mode

In this mode, the lock can be set to stay unlocked for a period, which is useful for meetings or social gatherings.

System settings

Users can configure lock settings, such as volume, and manage key groups within the APP.

Gateway Management

The Gateway is an additional device that connects the smart lock to the network, allowing for remote access and monitoring.

  The gateway is connected to the smart lock through the APP, which allows users to manage their locks remotely.

 Please check if the motor makes sound when you unlock or lock keypad.

 Delete the fingerprint and add it again.
