SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before using the electrical appliance, the following basic precautions should always be followed including the following:
- Read all instructions.
- Before using check that the voltage of wall outlet correspond to the one shown on the rating plate.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged charger or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
- If the supply charger is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a authorized service agent or a qualified technician in order to avoid a hazard.
- Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning;
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or hot surface.
- Do not immerse upper part of blender into water as this would give rise to electric shock.
- Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near children or infirm persons.
- Avoid contacting moving parts.
- Keep hands and utensils out of container while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but must be used only when the blender is not running.
- The appliance cannot be used for chopping ice or blending hard and dry substance, otherwise the blade could be blunted.
- To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade on base without first putting bowl properly in place.
- Be sure chopper lid is securely locked in place before operating appliance.
- The use of accessory not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injuries to persons.
- Do not operate the appliance for other than its intended use.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
- Save these instructions.
- The use of accessory not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injuries to persons.
- Before removing the lid from the jar, release the button, wait until the blades have come to a complete stop.
- Always remove the blade assembly before pouring contents from jar.
- Be sure to switch off the appliance after each use of your food processor. Make sure the motor stops completely before disassembling.
- The metal blades are extremely sharp, please handle carefully.
- Always hold the blade stem instead of cutting edge when handling and cleaning the blade.
- Be care of potential injury from misuse.

USING YOUR BLENDER
Before the first use, clean the blender according to the section of “quick cleaning”. The time running unit without load can’t exceed 15s.
Important : Blades are very sharp, handle with care. Ensure that the hand-held blender is unplugged from the power outlet before assembling or removing attachments. Instruction for blender
The maximum operation duration per time should not exceed 1 minute, and a rest time of 3 minutes should be maintained for two additional cycles.
- To mount detachably as with the motor unit, turn the coupling until tight. To disassemble, turn in the opposite direction.
- Plug the hand blender into the wall socket.
- Leave the hand blender in the food bags. The switch button can only be pressed after operating the safety button.
- Stop the hand blender by releasing the button.
Instruction for chopper
Max operation duration per time cannot exceed 30 S and 3 minute rest time must
be maintained at two consecutive cycles.

Place the chopper bowl on a clean, flat surface.

Fit the stainless chopping blade into the chopping bowl as shown in Fig.1.

Place the food in the chopping bowl.
Note : Remove the bone from the meat, cut into small pieces and place the meat in the bowl. The maximum amount of meat at a time should not exceed 200 g. -
Fit the lid onto the chopping bowl, making sure the knob on the inside wall of the bowl aligns with the groove of the lid, then lay the lid down and turn it clockwise until it clicks into place. (See Fig.2) Turn in the opposite direction to loosen the cover.

Insert the motor into the opening of the chopper lid and turn clockwise to lock. (See Fig.3)

Lower the hand blender into the food. The switch button can only be pressed after the safety switch button has been pressed.

Stop the device by releasing the button on the motor unit.

After finishing chopping, release the switch button. Then remove the motor unit from the chopper lid by turning it counterclockwise.

Open the lid of the chopper by turning it counterclockwise and remove the finely chopped food.
Caution:
- To reduce the risk of injury, never place the blade on the base without first fitting the bowl properly.
- Make sure that the chopper lid is properly secured before using the appliance.
- During use or after chopping, for safety reasons, you must first disassemble the motor unit from the Chop cover and then remove the Chop cover. Never remove the lid of the chopper with the motor unit still in place.
Instructions for mixing potatoes
The maximum duration of operation at a time should not exceed 1 minute, and a
rest time of1 minute should be maintained for two consecutive cycles.
- Place the cooked potato in the bowl.
- To assemble the potato beater with the motor unit, turn the beater counterclockwise until it is tight. To disassemble the beater, turn it in the opposite direction as shown in the photo.
- Remove the blender completely and press the safety button before pressing the switch button to activate the appliance.
- After the potato is mixed, release the switch button and remove the motor from the potato beater by turning it counterclockwise.
Instructions for the whisk
The maximum duration of operation at a time should not exceed 2 minutes, and a
rest time of 3 minutes should be maintained for two consecutive cycles.
- To assemble the whisk with the motor unit, turn the beater counterclockwise until it is tight. To disassemble the whisk, turn it in the opposite direction.
- Put egg whites in the cup, generally two egg whites are enough.
- Lower the hand blender into the food. Remove the blender completely and press the safety button before pressing the switch button to operate the blender.
- Stop the hand blender by releasing the switch button.
To charge
- Plug the adapter into the wall socket.
- When the device is charging, the LED light on the device turns red; and the LED light turns blue when the battery is full.
- When the red light on the device flashes, the product appears to be protected. You need to connect the adapter to the wall outlet and charge it for about 30 minutes. If it doesn’t work, send it to the manufacturer for repair.
- The hand blender can be charged. After about 3 hours the battery is full and the light turns blue.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Release the toggle button and remove the detachable shaft.
Note : Do not immerse the detachable handle of the blender in water as this may cause long term damage to the handle. -
Wash the detachable handle under running water, without using any abrasive or cleaning agents. After cleaning, place the removable handle upright so that any water that has entered can drain out. The handle is dishwasher safe.

Wash the measuring cup, chopping bowl, whisk and knife in warm, soapy water. The bowl and the whisk should not be put in the dishwasher, because the plastic parts are affected by prolonged use in the dishwasher.

Wipe the motor with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water to clean it, as this could give it an electric shock.

Dry the parts thoroughly.
Caution : The blades are very sharp, handle with care.
Quick cleaning
Between operations, hold the hand blender in the cup half-filled with water
and turn it on for a few seconds.
