Model 80854
Made of lightweight PP material Solid molded platform features a ridged non-slip surface
Includes two 3″ swivel castors and two 3″ rigid castors
Platform size is 19-1/2″ x 14-1/2″
Built-in carry on handle for easy positioning and makes it easy to move
Warning!
To prevent serious injury:
- Do not exceed 200 lb. total capacity. Be aware of dynamic loading! Dropping or bouncing load may briefly create excess load causing product failure.
- Use on flat, level, hard surface only. Wheels may scratch or dig into less durable surfaces (such as linoleum or wood), causing furniture to tip.
- Do not use to move unstable or top-heavy objects. Use additional support for large furniture.
- Use as intended only. Never step on the Dolly.
- Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and work gloves during use.
- Do not modify product.
- This is not a toy. Do not allow children in the work areas.
- Inspect before every use; do not use if parts loose or damaged.
- Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury and /or property damage.

Assembly Instructions
- Insert the Bolt (1) into the hole from up of Platform (6) and go through the hole, make sure the hex shape of Bolt and the hole are aligned, and the Bolt is completely seated in the hex hole. (see Figure 1)
- Insert all the Rubber cap (5) to seal the bolt in the position. (see Figure 1)
- Repeat step 1 and 2 for all other bolt.
- Flip over the platform (6), place mounting plate of the castors (3 and 4) onto the Bolts (1), make sure that the two Swivel castors (4) will be mounted in the front side of the Platform (front side has handle), and the two Rigid castors will be mounted in the rear side. Secure the all Wheels with Lock Nuts (2). (See Figure 3). 10mm wrench (not included) is require for this assembly step.
