SAFETY INSTRUCTION
WARNING : Risk of Injury, Fire, and Electric Shock.
- Please make sure voltage is right before use. Suitable for 110 – 240 voltage.
- Please keep child away when you use heat press.
- This machine operates at high temperatures that can cause burns or fire. Keep away from flammable and explosive materials. Machine bottom plate and stand are hot during use. Do not contact with the bottom plate to avoid burns. Always place the machine to the stand not in use.
- Do not immerse in water or use in wet conditions. Keep away from flammable materials to avoid fire.
- Ensure the machine and stand are situated on a flat, stable surface Do not leave it unattended when it is switched on.
- Do not operate the machine If the power cord is damaged.
- Unplug the machine when not in use.
- The machine reaches the set temperature, then it will automatically shut down after 10 minutes of inactivity.
- Always place the machine on its stand after use and allow it to cool down before storage.

The machine shuts off automatically if it’s being unused for 10 minutes.
How to Use Your Heat Press Machine
Power/Heat settings
- -Press the power button to choose three heat settings or turn OFF.
- -Long press to shut down at any temperature.
Warm up/Cool down
The indicator light is red during the heating or cooling process.
Reach set temperature
- – When the machine reaches the set temperature, the indicator light changes from red to green with a ‘DI’ sound.
- – If the machine is not inuse (it is not moving), the machine will automatically shut down after 10 minutes of standby. Before shutting off, the three indicators will continue to blink, and it will make a “DI DI DI’ sound.
Iron-on Steps for HTV
- Set the temperature: choose the right temperature according to “Heat Guide”.
- Find a firm and flat surface, place fabric on a clean heat press mat and then place the press on your fabric preheat it for 5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture.
- Place your design on the fabric, make sure the shiny side (clear liner) faces up, and coat a Teflon paper. After the machine reaches the set temperature, apply pressure for 25-30 seconds (based on material).
- Flip the fabric and apply heat on the back side Of the design for 10-15 seconds.
- Remove the liner of transfer paper or HTV slowly.
- – If the liner does not lift easily, reapply and reheat a few more seconds.
- – If any part of your design has not adhered completely, simply repeat ironing again over that area.
Tip : If you haven’t iron-on before, we suggest a practice on some scrap fabric before doing on your best-fabric.
Iron-on Steps for Sublimation
- Press the button to Set the”HIGH” temperature.when the set temperature reached ,the red light turns to green
- Select “mirror printing” setting, print the pattern
- -Only support inkjet sublimation ink and inkjet sublimation transfer paper
- -The pattern is smaller than the size of the heating plate, Sublimation can achieve perfect results
- Choose a light color and polyester T-shirt(Cotton≤30%) , put it on a clean heat press mat and then place the press on your fabric and preheat it for 5 seconds to remove the wrinkles and moisture. Not suitable for 100% or ≥ 30% cotton content fabrics
- Put the image face down over the T-shirt, apply pressure for 60 seconds
- Remove the base paper, Enjoy your perfect design.
Heat Guide
Caution:
- – Before ironing, make sure your heat press mat is clean without residue from the last ironing, as dirt may remain on the garment at high temperatures and cannot be cleaned.
- – After iron-on, wait at least 24 hours before washing. Always wash inside out. Do not bleach or dry clean. Wash only in cold water, then tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. For foil iron-on, hand-wash in cold water only.

Q&A
Q: The machine shuts down suddenly
- The machine has a protection function. It will automatically shut down if it is not used (not moved) for 10 minutes to avoid the risk of fire caused by forgetting to shut it down
- It may be that the socket connector is bad or the contact is loose, please change the socket to use
Q: If the pattern is larger than the heating plate, can be ironed on?
- If it is a vinyl material(HTV), you can iron it several times to ensure that each position is heated firmly
- Inkjet sublimation is suitable for patterns that are smaller than the size of the heating plate. If the pattern is larger than the size of the heating plate, you need iron on several times. The heating time or pressure of different positions will cause different color shades, which may not achieve perfect results.
Q: How to solve the continuous alarm sound soon after the machine is turned on?
A: The recognition error of the temperature probe makes the machine enter the protection state, unplug the plug and insert the plug again, and restart the machine to solve it.
Q: Shake the machine and hear internal noise, is it a machine failure or internal parts falling off?
A: There is a gravity-sensing component inside the machine. The magnetic beads in it will move to determine whether the machine is in use. When it shakes, it will make a sound. It is not a malfunction of the machine or a part falling inside.
Q: The pictures have not been attached on the clothes or other base material completely(Especially the edge part of the design), How to deal with it?
A: cover the liner, reheat it again, especially the part that does not attach completely
Q:lt can not be used in other countries?
A: The machine supports voltage 110V-240V, can be used in the country for internal voltage, You may need a conversion plug
Q: After iron-on the clothes can be washed in the washing machine?
Ailt is recommended to wash by hand if you use the washing machine, please turn the clothes inside out
