Assembly Instructions

• Step 1: Gas Lift Installation
  Remove the Plastic Black Cover of the gas lift and insert the gas lift (E) into the stool base (B) while assembling the decorative cover (D).

• Step 2: Chair Body Installation
  Install the chair body (A) with four pieces of mechanism screws (F).

• Step 3: Final Assembly
  Plug the part of the assembled body into the gas lift to complete the installation.

Safety Precautions

• Keep children away from cabinets, accessories, and installation tools to prevent injury.
• Handle the product with care to avoid damaging its surface or components during assembly.

Maintenance Instructions
After assembly is completed, adjust the placement position according to the actual situation. Regularly check for loose screws or parts and tighten them if necessary. Clean the product with a soft cloth and mild detergent as needed.

• What do we do if we miss parts?
  If you find out you are missing spare parts including screws, nuts, Allen keys, gas lifts, wheels, decorations, trays, etc., mark the missing part on the instruction paper and contact our customer service center with the marked paper attached for prompt assistance.

• What do we do with the gas lift protection?
  Please remember to remove the black plastic protection from the gas lift before assembling the chair. The black plastic cover is meant to protect the gas lift during transit; discard it before assembly.

Assembly Instruction

• STEP1 Remove the Plastic Black Cover of the gas lift and insert the gas lift( E) into the stool base (B) while assembling the decorative cover (D).
  Notice: the black protective cover of gas must be removed, it aims to protect the gas lift during transit from destroying. If unfortunately you guys assembly the black cover, please refer to FAQ No.4

• STEP2
  Install the chair body (A) with four pieces of mechanism screws(F)

• What do we do when Scratches, Dents, Pour piles and Wrinkles happen to velvet?
  The velvet is a kind of fabric that is a little tricky to keep. Here are ways to fix it when a scratch, dent, pour pile or wrinkle happens to it. One or several scratches, or dents. pour piles or wrinkles may happen. It is quite common. First, you can try using steam iron, heating the steam to 70 degrees, and ironing the velvet in the direction of the most fluff. Second, you can use a wet cotton towel heating it to around 70 degrees and wiping the velvet in the direction of the most fluff. Third you can try hanging the ironing machine, heating the steam to 70 degrees, and ironing the velvet in the direction of the most fluff.

• What do we do if you miss parts?
  If you find out you miss spare parts including screws, nuts, Allen key, gas lift, wheels, decorating, tray, and so on. Please mark the missing part out of the instruction paper first and contact our customer service center with the marked instruction paper attached. A group of our customer service will be in touch very soon. We aim to respond to all contacts within 8 business hours (but usually less).

• What do we do with the gas lift protection?
  Please kindly take the black plastic protection off the gas lift and throw it away before assembling the chair. The black plastic cover is a protection for the little orange bottom of the gas lift during transit. Please kindly take it off and throw it away before assembling.

MAINTENANCE

Method for wrinkles or creases, even deep creases happened during the transit or after daily use:

1. Use a steamer to remove wrinkles or creases. If your piece of chair or other velvet item has a wrinkle or crease after unpacking, you can use a steamer on its low setting to remove the crease. Hold the steamer about 10 centimeters (3.9 in)away from the fabric and move the steamer in the direction of the nap.
2. Use an iron on the steam setting if you don’t have a steamer. You can use an iron on the steam setting to remove wrinkles and creases. Like the steamer, you’11lhold the iron about 10 centimeters (3.9 in) away from the fabric and move the iron in the direction of the nap. Be careful not to touch the velvet with the iron.
3. Remove deep creases with a spare piece of velvet and an iron or steamer. Place the spare velvet on the ironing board, and pile side up. Then, place your velvet item side down on top of the spare velvet. Hover the steamer or iron on the steamer setting over the top of the velvet for 15 seconds, repeating until the crease is removed.
