Important Notes

1. Please keep the device away from high temperature （50 ℃ above), low temperature (below 10 ℃ ) or moist place.
2. Do not severely hit the equipment, and do not put heavy objects on the equipment.
3. Do not use accessories not provided by themanufacturer.
4. Keep away from benzene, diluents or other chemicals.
5. Keep away from water.
6. Non-professionals are not allowed to open the back cover of equipment for self-maintenance.
7. If you do not use the machine for a long time, please unplug thepower.
8. Toavoid damage to the touch panel, do not place heavy or sharp objects on the touch panel when using or transporting
9. Arrange all cables and wires so that people and pets cannot trip, move or cross the area.

Main Menu

1. Insert the power cord into the power interface, and then insert the other end into the power socket.
2. Dial the power-on button to the power-on state.
3. The startup icon will be displayed on the screen.
4. Wait for about 30 seconds and enter into maininterface.
   

Power On/Off

1. Shutdown: turn the power button on the product to the off state to turn off the device.
2. Power on: turn the power button on the product to the on state to turn on the device.

Usage of Navigation Bar

：Click this button，Navigation Bar disappear, swipe up from the bottom to pull out the navigation bar again
：Volume –
：Volume +
：Return back
：Home page button, press it go back to home page
：Background management, you can clear background running programs

Top Status Bar
Swipe down from the top, there will be shortcuts such as WIFI, Bluetooth, etc., swipe down again, all shortcuts will appear

1. Click wifi icon，activate wifi，long press enter into wifi list，choose wifi name， enter password，it can connect to wifi internet. If 1connection succeed, next time will auto connect to the wifi(under condition password notchanged)
2. Click bluetooth icon, activate bluetooth, long press enter into bluetooth list, choose bluetooth name, pairing bluetooth.
3. Non-disturb Mode
4. Mobile network: if the device include 3G/4G module, use SIM card to activate mobile network
5. Airplane mode：if choose it, will disconnect wifi, mobile network,bluetooth,etc.
6. Screen recording：Click to count down for 3 seconds, record the screenoperation, click again to stop the screen recording

1. For 1st use, you need to connect to the Internet and log in with your Google account
2. After log in, you can search for related apps to download and use.
   After successful installation, the application icon will appear in the androidinterace

Network & internet
Wi-Fi, mobile, data usage, and hotspot

1. WIFI：Click it to activate WIFI, connect WIFI
2. Mobile network: if the device include 3G/4G module, use SIM card to activate mobile network
3. Airplane mode：if choose it, will disconnect wifi, mobile network,bluetooth,etc.
4. 4G module list：This configuration only supports the adjustment of the machine with 4G function, it is generally preset by the factory, customers should not change it by themselves
5. Ethernet：After inserting the network cable, you can activate the network cable settings and configure the network

Connected devices
Bluetooth, Android Auto

1. USB mode：Can change the USB connection mode, such as file transfer mode, PTP mode, etc.
2. View more bluetooth list
3. OTGmode：After activation, the USB can be set up, otherwise the USB cannot be connected

Apps & notifications
Recent apps, default apps

1. View all installed programs
2. Click an app to open, uninstall, or pause the correspondingprogram
3. Adjust the permissions of an app, such as file reading, location information,etc.

Display
Rotation, NavigationBar, sleep, Brightness

1. Motion sensor：If there is corresponding configuration, the human body induction time can be adjusted
2. Screen Rotation: Rotate the system0/90/180/270
3. DPI settings：You can set the DPI value. The larger the value, the larger the screen content looks. It is recommended to use 160
4. Bottom Navigation Bar: If open it, the bottom navigation bar can be swiped from the bottom. If close it, the bottom navigation bar cannot be slid out from the bottom
5. Top Status bar：If open it, display the top status bar, if closed, the status will not be displayed at the top
6. Screen color：Choose warm or cool colors

Data transmission

Sometimes, users need to transfer files to the device, which can be transferred by TF card or U disk.

1. Plug the U disk to USB port of device 2）

2. Open“EXPLORER”to check USB device
   

3. Find the file need to be copied, long press and pop-up a window, select Copy
   

4. Back to Internal Memory

5. In the desired folder directory, click Edit, paste the file

Local app installation

If users need to install a local APP to the device, which can be transferred by TF card or U disk.

1. Plug U disk to USB port of the device

2. Open “EXPLORER”to check USB device

3. Find the APK file，click it to install
   

4. After the installation finished, the newly installed APP will appear in the application list, click to open to use

Install from google store

If you have a Google account and the app you want to download is already on the Google Store, search and download directly from the Google Store

1. Open Google Playstore
   

2. Input app name

3. Click install
   

Uninstall apps

1. Open settings–Apps&notifications
   

2. Check all lists

3. Find the app that needs to be uninstalled
   

4. Click”uninstall”
   

5. There is another simpler way to uninstall. Press and hold the APP icon directly and move it to the top status bar, and the uninstall button will appear.
   

Bottom Installation Instructions

1. Remove the screw, hex screwdriver, and wheel
   

2. Install the wheels on the base first
   

3. Place the screen flat on the table and align it with the base. Use a hexagonal screwdriver to align the screws with the corresponding holes and tighten them
   

Common problems and solutions

Vertical advertising machine whether stand-alone version or online version, from large size to small size are widely used in the public domain, especially in the dense flow of people appear more times, in the long run, the past will inevitably appear the following faults:

1. Vertical advertising machine screen flicker phenomenon: in daily applications, vertical advertising machine screen flicker appear is a problem often encountered by users. In this regard, you should first check the external factors such as the magnetic field,  power supply voltage around the equipment. If it is still not used normally, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive check on the AC cable of the display to eliminate the installation problem of the program.
   If the above operations can not achieve satisfactory results, you need the assistance of professionals, suggest that you contact customer service to seek professional solutions.

2. No response after plugging in the power AC cable: Please make sure the switch turned “ON” mode; or AC cable if loose or not well connected; Make sure using the well functional AC cable(3-pin with ground connected). If unable to solve, please open the  back cover of the advertising machine, check internal power cable if well connected(make sure off power/electricity before open the back cover); Specific method: whether the indicator light under the multimeter quantity is on, if normal, it indicates that  the power supply is charged. Excluding the power problem, you will need to check the mainboard, LCD driver board, high voltage board, power board if in good condition.

3. The screen is not displayed, the indicator of the front panel flashes: after this problem occurs, you should check whether the connection between the monitor and the computer is strong, and check whether the connector of the signal line is broken, bent and other damage.

4. The screen is black and shows “signal beyond the synchronization range” or “OUT OF RANGE”: this phenomenon is a thorny problem you often see in practical application, generally the computer signal beyond the display of the display range, the display  detected the abnormal signal stop working caused. For this, you can try to restart the display and reset the output frequency of the computer.

5. Thumb-sized black spots appear on the LCD screen: this phenomenon is mostly caused by external forces. Under the pressure of external force, the polarization in the LCD panel will deform, the polarization of properties like aluminum foil, after being  concave will not play up, which causes the difference in the LCD panel when reflective, there will be a gray part.
   This part is easy to find under the white screen, the general size of more than ten square millimeters, which is the size of the thumb. Although this phenomenon will not affect the service life of the LCD screen, you still need to pay more attention, do not  press the LCD screen with your fingers.
