Safety
PREVENT INJURIES AND DEATHS:

- This toy should be used with caution since skill is required to avoid falls or collisions causing injury.
- Protective equipment should be worn.
- Never use in roadways, near cars, or on near steep inclines or steps, swimming pools or other water area.
- Always wear shoes, always sit on the seat.
- Not use in traffic.
- This toy is unsuitable for children under 36 months ; Maximum user weight is 66 lbs.
- This toy has no brake.
- Release the pedal, the car will stop running.

Rules for Safe Riding

Keep Children within Safe Riding Areas:
Never use in roadway, near motor vehicles, on lawn space, on or near steep inclines or steps, swimming pools or other water area; -
Use the toy only on flat surfaces. Such as indoor areas, gardens or playgrounds.

Never use in the dark. Use the vehicle only in daytime or well-lit area.

It is prohibited to modify the circuit or add other electric parts

Inspect wires and connections of the vehicle periodically.
-
Do not let any child touch the wheels or near them when the car is moving.
Install steering shaft and bracket
Turn the body over and insert the steering rod into the body
Place the iron plate on the steering bracket.
Assemble the steering bracket with M5x12 machine screw and 05 Lock nut.
place the bracket on the body and fix it with M4x12 screw.
Attach the Front Wheels&Rear Wheels
- Slide a 12-wheeler onto the front axle.
- Slide a wheel onto the front axle.
- Slide a 10-washer onto the front axle.
- Tighen a lock nut to the end of the front axle with a spanner. DO NOT over-tighten.
- Put the wheel cover over the wheel.
Repeat the above procedure to assemble the other front wheel to the front axle.

Insert the rear axle into the body.

Insert the drive motor into the rear axle,Plug the connector on the motor in the connector on the vehicle body.

Slide a wheel onto the rear axle. Ensure the wheel match up with the gear box.

Slide another <1>10 washer onto the rear axle.

Tighten a lock nut to the end of the rear axle with a spanner.
Repeat the above procedure to assemble the other rear wheel to the rear axle. -
Insert the tabs on the wheel cover into the grooves on the wheel.
Install anti-roll racks & handle bars
- Install the roll guard on the body.
- Secure the roll proof rack with M4x10 screw
- Fit the steering wheel to the end of the steering column.
- Line up the holes on the steering wheel with the holes on the steering column, insert the M5x33 machine screw. Fasten a nut on the opposite end of the screw. Using a long nose pliers to hold the nut while tightening the screw on the other side with a screwdriver.
Install Windshield&Rear luggage carrier
- Attach the windshield to the body of the car.
- Fit the rear luggage carrier assembly over the rear of vehcile body.
- Insert three M4x12 screws through the luggage carrier and into the vehicle body, tighten with a screwdriver.
Connect the Power Supply & Attach the Seat
- Open the seat.
- Plug the battery connector into the red vehicle connector as shown.
- Fit the tabs on seat into the grooves on the vehicle.
- Tighten a M4X10 screw to secure the seat to the vehicle body.

IMPORTANT
Always stop vehicle when changing speed or direction to avoid damage the gears
and motor.

Power button: Turn the power on and off.
-
Forward-reverse switch: Changes the direction that vehicle moves from forward to reverse.
To move the vehicle forward, shift the lever to top position.
To move the vehicle reverse, shift the lever to down position
HINT: The vehicle is designed to operate in low speed only in reverse. -
High-low speed switch: Changes the vehicle moves in high speed and low speed in forward

Foot pedal:
To move the vehicle,depress the pedal.
To brake or slow down, release the pedal. -
Lights switch: Turn the front lights on and off.

Display screen:
- A. Previous /decrease volume
- B. Play / Pause
- C. Next / Increase volume
- D. Change the audio input.
- E. Display screen: It displays the power level of the battery.
When the value is below 12, recharge the battery.
Use the Remote Controller
(IF EQUIPED)
Attach the batteries of controller
Open battery cover on the back of the controller and insert two AAA(LR03)
batteries.
HINT: Batteries not included.

Build connection
Long press the forward and reverse buttons for 3 seconds, and the speed indicator flashes. Then power on the vehicle, the speed indicator goes to long bright, means the connection successful. If the speed indicator no response, means the connection failed. Reintall the batteries and retry. -
Brake button
Press the button to stop the vehicle, press it again to release the brake. -
Speed select button
The switch operates the vehicle to move in low, normal or high speed.
HINT: This switch won’t work while your vehicle moves reversely.
NOTE:
Leave the remote controller idling for about 10 seconds, it will shut down automatically.
Rebuild connection when you replace the batteries of the remote controller.
BATTERY INFORMATION
- Non-rechargeable batteries can not to be recharged.
- Rechargeable batteries should be removed from the toy before being charged.
- Rechargeable batteries can only to be charged under adult supervision.
- Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed use.
- Batteries should be inserted with the correct polarity.
- Exhausted batteries should be removed from the toy.
- The supply terminals cannot to be short circuited.
Charging
WARNING
ONLY ADULT CAN CHARGE AND RECHARGE THE BATTERY!
WARNING
This product with Charging Protection: when charging, all functions will be
cut off! Only adult can charge the battery!
- The POWER SWITCH must be turned in OFF position when charging,
- Before first use, you should charge the battery for 8-12hours.
- Do not recharge the battery for more than 12 hours to avoid overheating the charger.
- When the vehicle begins to run slowly, recharge the battery.
- Plug the charger port into the input socket.
- Plug the charger plug into a wall outlet. The battery will begin charging.

Maintenance
- It is guardian’s responsibility to check main parts of the toy before using,must regularly examine for potential hazard, such as the battery,charge,cable or cord, plug, screws are fastening enclosure of other parts and that in the event of such damage, the toy must not be used until thatdamage had been properly removed.
- Make sure the plastic parts of the vehicle are not cracked or broken.
- Occasionally use a lightweight oil to lubricate moving parts such as wheels.
- Park the vehicle indoors or cover it with a tarp to protect it from wet weather.
- Keep the vehicle away from sources of heat, such as stoves and heaters.Plastic parts may melt.
- Recharge the battery after each use. Only an adult can handle the battery.Recharge the battery at least once a month when the vehicle Raider is not being used.
- Do not wash the vehicle . Do not drive the vehicle in rainy or snowy weather. Water will damage the motor, electric system and battery.
- Clean the vehicle with a soft, dry cloth. To restore shine to plastic parts,use a non-wax fumniture polish. Do not use car wax. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Do not drive the vehicle in dirt, sand or fine gravel which coulddamage the moving parts, motors or the electric system.
- Turn off the power switch when car is not in use, charge the battery first, then disconnect it if long time not in use (usually over 30 days). Charge the battery at least every 3 months.
Fuse
The battery features a thermal fuse with a rest fuse that will automatically
trip and cut all power to the vehicle if the motor, electric system or battery
is overloaded. The fuse will reset and power will be restored after the unit
is turned OFF for 20 seconds and then turned ON again. If the thermal fuse
trips repeatedly during normal use, the vehicle may need repair.

To avoid losing power, follow these guidelines
- Do not overload the vehicle.
- Do not tow anything behind the vehicle.
- Do not drive up steep slopes.
- Do not drive into fixed objects, which may cause the wheels to spin, causing the motor to overheat.
- Do not drive in very hot weather, components may overheat.
- Keep the battery and electric parts away with water or other liquids.
- Do not modify the electric system.
Disposal Of Battery
- Your sealed lead-acid battery must be recycled or disposed following local laws or regulations.
- Do not dispose lead-acid battery into fire. The battery may explode or leak.
