Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why does one of my really wireless earphones only function?
Depending on the audio settings on your headset, it might only play in one ear. So, make sure the mono option is off in your audio properties by checking your audio properties. Make sure the voice levels on both earbuds are balanced as well.

  • How can I make both of my earbuds operate simultaneously?
Turn off your Bluetooth and remove the earphones from their case to sync them. Press the buttons on top of the headphones twice quickly at once, and they should begin to pulse/breathe blue and begin blinking (looking for a device) Bluetooth settings should be set to Jam Ultra.

  • How can I tell when my earbuds have finished charging?
Examine the earphones’ battery indicator light to see how they are doing. When the earbuds are inserted, the case and earbuds will both charge at the same time. The case can be charged independently of the earbuds. Charged in red. Fully charged in green.

  • On wireless earphones, where is the power button located?
All of the functions are on the same side, which is fantastic. When connecting to your phone, the center button also serves as the “answer and hang up” button.

  • How can you tell whether your wireless earphones are fully charged?
When your earbuds are plugged in and charging, the charging case will blink red. The light will cease flickering and remain a solid red color when it is completely charged.

  • Why won’t my earbuds charge?
Ensure that they are placed correctly on the charging case or stand. Some headphones are charged through a stand or case that has a cord attached to it rather than directly through a cable. If you experience this, check that your headphones are set up correctly so that they can receive a proper charge.

  • What does the red blinking on your Bluetooth mean?
Your Bluetooth headset is probably unpaired if it is flashing red and blue. They are trying to connect with the headphones. You might have unintentionally kept the pairing button depressed. The headphones are now in pairing mode, and the status LEDs are now blinking red and blue.

  • Why doesn’t the left wireless earbud work?
Your wireless earphones might only work on one side since the initial setup of the earbuds may not have gone smoothly. Other causes include a glitch (which necessitates a manual reset), the necessity to Bluetooth reconnect to your other device, and genuine hardware damage.

  • Why aren’t my earbuds working together?
If the battery in your headphones is low, they might not be able to pair. Additionally, I’ve discovered that certain Bluetooth headphones stay on when in the case, which causes them to deplete to zero percent more quickly than you would expect. Even if they claim to have some battery left, try plugging them in and giving them a thorough charge before pairing.

  • Why won’t my phone and Bluetooth headphones pair?
Go to Settings > System > Advanced> Reset Options > Reset Wi-fi, mobile, & Bluetooth on Android devices. For iOS and iPadOS devices, you’ll need to unpair every device first, then restart your phone or tablet by going to Settings > Bluetooth, selecting the info icon, then selecting Forget This Device for each device.
