Frequently Asked Questions

Why can’t Bluetooth locate devices?

Go to Settings > System > Advanced> Reset Options > Reset Wi-fi, mobile, & Bluetooth on Android devices. For iOS and iPadOS devices, you’ll need to unpair every device first, then restart your phone or tablet by going to Settings > Bluetooth, selecting the info icon, then selecting Forget This Device for each device.

Why does one of my earbuds not work?

Depending on the audio settings on your headset, it might only play in one ear. So make sure the mono option is off in your audio properties by checking your audio properties. Make sure the voice levels on both earbuds are balanced as well.

My iPhone won’t recognize Bluetooth devices, why?

Ensure that your iOS or iPadOS device and Bluetooth accessories are in close proximity to one another. Restart your Bluetooth device after turning it off. Make sure your Bluetooth accessory is turned on, fully charged, and plugged in. Check to check if your attachment needs new batteries if it does.

Why won’t my phone and Bluetooth headphones pair?

If your Bluetooth devices aren’t connecting, they probably aren’t in pairing mode or are out of range. Try rebooting your devices or letting your phone or tablet “forget” the connection if you’re experiencing persistent Bluetooth connection issues.

How does discoverable mode work?

Therefore, a Bluetooth device that you haven’t yet associated with is unable to view your phone. Open the primary Bluetooth settings to make it visible to other devices. As long as you are on that screen, Android phones continue to be discoverable. When Bluetooth is enabled on an iPhone, your phone will be discoverable.

Where are my Bluetooth settings located?

On your device, look for the Settings app, then choose it. Select Bluetooth or the Bluetooth icon by scrolling down and clicking. Switch Bluetooth on.

My earbuds won’t turn on; why?

If the headphones’ power won’t turn on, the battery might not be installed properly or could need to be changed. To fix this problem, make sure you look through the following things. Important: Consult the product’s instructions if you require model-specific details to accomplish any of the tasks.

Not able to pair both earbuds?

Reset your earphones (red lights should flicker), then place them back in the case. Wait a few seconds, then remove the right earbud and wait for it to fully come on. Then remove the left earbud and wait for the same thing to happen.

Why doesn’t my right earbud work?

Try twisting and taping the cord to restore sound if a single earbud periodically loses sound. If twisting the wire doesn’t work, you might have to open the earbud and, if you can, solder the connection. You might occasionally need to purchase new earbuds.

Why won’t my Bluetooth activate?

Verify that aeroplane mode is not engaged: Select Settings > Network & Internet > Airplane mode after choosing Start. Ensure that Airplane mode is off. Change the Bluetooth’s status: Select Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices from the Start menu. Turn Bluetooth off, wait a short while, then restart it.
