OPERATION DESCRIPTION

Setup In Hang Up Mood
With the phone hang up, press SET key to enter the setup mood. The LCD will display “SET I DATE” Press UP or DOWN key to change the setting while the LCD displays simultaneously the corresponding setup item. Re-press SET key to enter setup mood for that item Always conclude a setup and proceed to the next item by pressing SET key: Change a setting by pressing UP or DOWN key and exit the setup mood by pressing DEL. key .The specific setup items are as follows:

SET | DATE-Setting up the date and time
The LCD will display SET I DATE, Press SET key to enter the setup mood The setting of year” blinks. Change the setting as desire by pressing UP or DOWN key Then conclude the setting and proceed to the setting for “month” by pressing SET key. Change the setting of month in the same procedures as you change the setting of year. Then proceed to change the setting of date, hour and minute in the same procedure. The settings of hour and minute many be made in 10 digits or ones place separately. After completing the settings of live time and date, the LCD will display the corresponding week and the calendar of that month. The settings of month, date, day and time will be updated with the setting of the year exempted when receiving a FSK incoming call. A DTMR incoming call has no impact on the setting of time and date.

SET 2 CODE-Setting
the area code. When the LCD displays “SET 2 CODE”, press SET key to confirm and then you will see “CODE” on the LCD with the first blinking, requesting for setup of first area code. The first “” blinks (the first digit of the area code blinks if the code is set up already). Press UP or DOWN key to set up or reset from 0 to 9. Conclude the setting for the first digit and proceed to the next digit by pressing SET key.

SET 3 PCODE-Setting
the long distance code: When the LCD displays “SET 3 PCODE”, press SET key to confirm and then you will see “PCODE-” on the LCD with the first”” blinking, requesting for setup of first PAB-code. The first”” blinks (the first digit of the PAB-code blinks if the PAB-code is set up already). Press UP or DOWN key to set up or reset from 0 to 9. Conclude the setting for the first digit and proceed to the next digit by pressing SET key.

SET 4 ALETE-Setting up the alarm clock time: Press SET key to confirm when the LCD displays “SET 4 ALETE”. Then the LCD will display “00-00 OFF”. You can set alarm clock time. Press UP or DOWN key to set the group, time and ON or OFF. Press SET key to confirm the setup. The LCD displays “OFF” then the alarm clock is turned off and turned on when the LCD displays “ON”, When it is the time you set alarm clock, the telephone will ring for 30 second or you press any key then stop.

Hang-up Operation

Incoming Call Number Receiving
When received the FSK or DTMF incoming call, phone automatically detects and displays the incoming call number. displays the date and time of the call as the sequent number of this calling. If it is FSK mode calling, the display signal will automatically refresh the setting of month, date and time. While the setting of year remains unchanged. For a DTMF mode calling, every setting will remain unchanged And be caused the DTMF signal only includes incoming calling number. but not calling date and time. So when the system receives DTMF incoming call, it will endow it is own date and time to the incoming call number with LCD displaying the calling sequence simultaneously If it is a new number, a “New Call” sign will appear, instead if the number already exists, a “Repeat sign will appear.

Review Incoming Calling Number
Press UP or DOWN bution to search upwardly or searching downwardly to look for the calling number, date and time. Press against the button for over 3 seconds to search rapidly.

Reviewing Outgoing Calling Number
Press OUT button to inquire for the last numbers of outgoing calls in cycle. Press UP bution to search upwardly or searching downwardly to look for the outgoing calling number, date and time. The outgoing number displayed on the LCD can be redialed out by pressing RD/BACK button. If press RD/BACK key twice, the telephone will add “0” to region code automatically.

Adjust The Brightness Of The LCD.
Press FL/BRT key to enter the mood of adjusting the brightness when you see” LCD 5″ on the LCD. The brightness of 5 levels can be adjusted by pressing repeated FL/BRT key.

DELFunction
Press DEL key twice, the number displayed on LCD will be deleted. But if press DEL key over 3 sec, all the numbers in memory will be deleted.

RING Function
In hook on status, press RING key can choice the ring tone. There are 24 groups ring tone for choice by  pressing RING keys.

One Touch Memory Setup:
Store: in book on status, press the number, then press SET/STORE key, the LCD will display STORE IN, press the memory key (M1-M3)
2.7.2 Dial: in hook off status, press the memory key (M1-M3) to dial out the number, or in hook on status, press the memory key (M1-M3), the LCD will display the stored number, then press REDIAL or pick up the handset to dial out.

one/Pulse Setting
In hook on status, long press key over 3 sec, the LCD will display PULSE, then the daling mode is PULSE. Long press “” key over 3 sec again and the LCD display TONE, the dialing mode is TONE Please setup TONE dialing mode.

Setting the anti-steal function.
In hook on status, long press “” key over 3 sec, When the LCD display PPP ON. then the anti-steal function is turned on and another telephone set will can not use with this telephone in the same live except from data port. Long press “” key over 3 sec, When LCD display “PPP OFF”, the anti- steal function is turned off.
