MEA WATER Iris 12 Under Sink & Shower

HOW TO INSTALL YOUR DEVICE

The Iris MEA Water® Device restructures water into a life-affirming form. It has many applications, the most popular being under the sink. It is perfect for renters as it’s easily installed and removed. Check the set-up of the sink or shower to ensure there is space and a connection point for the device. A plumber or handyperson can easily install it.

Under sink

The device can be installed in a horizontal or vertical position. To ensure optimal performance, it should be at least 1m away from electrical motors due to potential electromagnetic interference.

Step 1 : Check that you have any necessary pipe connectors for the device, water pipe, or sink hose. The thread size is ½” with male and female ends.

Step2: Attach plumbers tape to the male end of the device.

Step 3: Locate the cold water hose; it typically has a blue thread. Turn off the water supply. Disconnect the nut on the cold water hose at the tap end.

Step 4: Disconnect the cold water hose from the water inlet end and insert the male end of the device, ensuring the connection is tight.

Step 5: Insert the cold water inlet hose (male end) into the female end of the device, ensuring the connection is tight.

Step 6: Reconnect the nut at the tap end of the hose, ensuring the connection is tight. Turn on the water supply and test for leakages.

Shower
Depending on the shower design, you can install the device on top of the shower rose or at the water input end.

Sprinkler or tap
Connectors can be purchased from a hardware store.
