2307 Refined Rustic Vertical Door
Assembly instructions for Viba barn door style
Refined Rustic Vertical
Staining and finishing
Please follow the manufacturer instructions when staining or painting. Viba is
not responsible for any damage caused by improper finishing.
If staining;
– stain door before you assemble it
– assemble, and then apply topcoat
If painting:
– before assembling, prime door with a shellac based primer
– assemble, and then apply paint
Assembling your Viba barn
Wooden components include stiles, rails, and panel pieces.
Refined Rustic – Vertical
You will also receive:
- 4 x 5 5 /8 ” long screws
- a Torx 25 driver bit
- 4 x wood buttons
All joints are labeled with letters or numbers.
Lay out one side of the door, matching letter to letter. Line up holes and
drive the long screws in with the Torx 25 bit. Do not overtighten. 
Insert all panel pieces.
If there are narrower pieces, insert these first and last.
Line up holes in the remaining stile and drive the long screws
in with the Torx 25 bit. Do not overtighten..
You are done the basic assembly, and your door is ready for the
hardware.
