Issue: Low Water Flow

• Cause: EcoSmart is dirty/defective or the cartridge is faulty or calcified.
• Solution: Clean/replace EcoSmart or cartridge as needed.

Issue: Faucet Dripping

• Cause: Defective or calcified cartridge, incorrect hot water limitation setting, or cross-flow.
• Solution: Replace the cartridge or adjust the hot water limitation setting accordingly.
