Product Usage Instructions
Transportation and Assembly:
Bosch Heat Radiator 2000 radiators must be protected against bumps and
shocks during transportation and assembly to prevent damage.
Painting:
Due to the electrostatic powder paint used on the radiators, painting them in the room or office is not recommended as it may affect appearance and durability.
Stocking:
Store the radiators in a dry environment without humidity. Do not open
panel radiator packages until installation.
Installation:
Mount radiators on walls by cutting through joint points. Avoid damaging the paint when cutting using a knife. Ensure L-console plastics are installed to address sound issues.
Maintenance:
Regularly remove air from the radiator using an air vent key or screwdriver
to prevent water noise and corrosion. Do not completely empty the water from
radiators to prevent leaks due to corrosion.

Q: Can I repaint the radiator?
A: Repainting the radiator may affect its appearance and durability. It is recommended not to repaint it.
Q: What should I do if there is water leakage?
A: Over-tightening water connectors can cause water leakage. Ensure connectors are properly tightened during installation.
PANEL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY, MAINTENANCE AND USER MANUAL
Before using your panel radiator, please read the user manual.

- To avoid disturbing water noise from inside the radiator; the water inlet valve must be more open than the water outlet valve.
- Do not empty the water in the radiators completely. Empty radiators are leaked due to corrosion. Changing the inside water frequently will cause new oxygen to enterance each time. This will cause rapid corrosion and the leakage.(In the present case, radiator isn’t covered by the guarantee.)
- Not to be exposed to insufficient heating, corrosion and water noise, the air remaining in the radiator, must be removed from the airvent with a key or a screwdriver.
- If the boiler water pressure entering the radiator is low, the thermal efficiency will be lower especially in the latest radiator. In this case, there will be some areas on the radiator not heated equally.
- Don’t use radiators in outdoor areas. The ambient temperature of the radiator must not fall below 0 ° C. The water frozen in the installation damages both the radiator and the installation.
- The life expectancy of your device is 10 (ten) years. The service life is the time of providing the necessary spare parts and service for the product.
- Your device is manufactured in accordance with EN 442 standards.
- Don’t use your device in environments that are in direct contact with corrosive (salt, moisture, acidic, and chemical) and water vapor. (Bath, swimming pool, sauna…)
- The characteristics of the heating water used in the radiators must be;pH: must be between 7.0-8.5. 30ppm. CaCo3, Oxygen must be 0 (zero) For solution; a Deoxygenator, pH regulator or partial decalcifying chemicals may be used. These values can be provided from the water distribution company.
- Screws and plugs in the fixing equipments package may not be suitable for each wall type, please consult your plumber about this topic.
