Return policy
yoose offers 30 days unconditional return service. Within 30 days since the
date of purchase, you can contact us to return your product and to be

WARRANTY
yoose offers one year warranty for the shaver. Within 1 year from the date of purchase, if your device does not work due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it for you.
The following cases are not covered:
- Purchased from an unauthorized dealer.
- The warranty period has expired.
- Lack of the receipt/invoice that prove your order authentic.
- The device has been unofficially modified, altered or repaired.
- Using the device for any purpose other than facial shaving.
- Damage caused by not operating in accordance with the yoose user manual.
- Damage caused by any misuse or accident.
- Damage caused by overuse that is considered normal wear and tear.

WARNING
- This product is not suitable for use by people with disabilities and children.

- Do not forcefully press the blade or insert it too deeply into the nostrils to avoid nasal injuries.
- This trimmer has a built-in battery. Do not throw it into a fire or charge, use, or store it in high-temperature environments.
- Do not use wet hands to handle or plug/unplug the charging cable to prevent electric shock or malfunctions.
DON’TS
- Do not clean this product with any liquid other than water.
- Do not use any sharp objects to clean the trimming parts to avoid damaging the blades and causing malfunctions.
- The blade head of the product should not be opened or removed. No lubricant needs to be applied to the blade head.
IMPORTANT
Check for obvious damages before using this product. If there is any damage,
do not use it.
In case of abnormality or malfunction, please stop using it immediately and
contact the after-sales service hotline.
TIPS
- Use and store the product at temperature between 15°C and 35°C.
- This product is only intended for trimming nose hair and should not be used for other body hair.
- For hygiene reasons, please avoid sharing this product with others to prevent inflammation or infection.
- Do not touch the inner blade part with your fingers to avoid injuring them.
- During prolonged continuous use, the trimmer may generate slight heat, which is normal. Please use it with confidence.
HOW TO USE
- Remove the protective cover from the main body of the trimmer.
- Press the power button lightly to turn on the trimmer.
- For the first use of this trimmer, try it on a small area of your arm or leg.
- If you experience irritation or allergic reactions, stop using it immediately, and avoid using the trimmer on sensitive or easily irritated skin.
- After use, rinse the trimming part thoroughly with clean water, wipe it dry, and then cover it with the protective cover to avoid damage.
TRIMMING NOSE HAIR
- Ensure the nasal cavity is clean.
- Carefully insert the trimming part into the nostril (do not insert the trimming part more than 10mm into your nostril).
- Slowly rotate the product back and forth to remove all excess hair from your nostrils.
- After use, press the power button lightly to turn off the trimmer. It is recommended to clean the surface of the blade component after each use.
CHARGING INDICATOR
Charging Status:
- The white light breathes slowly.
- When fully charged, the white light stays on continuously it will turn off automatically after unplugging the charger, and stay on continuously before unplugging the charger).
Low Voltage Indication:
- During operation, when the battery voltage is below 3.4V, the white light blinks continuously.
- When the battery voltage drops below 3.2V, the trimmer will automatically shut down, and the light goes off.
- After low voltage shutdown, when attempting to power on, the white light blinks three times, and the trimmer does not turn on.
Power-off Status:
- All LEDs are off.
INSTALLATION AND DISASSEMBLY
Disassembly: Rotate the blade component counter clockwise to remove the blade (see the right picture).
Installation: Rotate the blade component clockwise to install the blade (see the left picture).
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
After use and when there is too much hair or dirt accumulated on the trimming component, clean the product immediately.
Correct cleaning steps:
- Ensure that the product is turned off.
- Rinse the trimming part under the tap until it is thoroughly cleaned. Wipe off excess water with a towel or tissue, and let it dry naturally before putting on the protective cover.
- Separate the trimmer from the charging cable before cleaning it in water.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
When the product reaches the end of its service life, please do not dispose of
it with regular household waste. Dispose of the product at a government-
designated recycling center, and do the same when the battery is fully
depleted. Alternatively, you can send the product back to the authorized YOOSE
after-sales service center, where the staff will handle it in an
environmentally friendly manner.
REMOVING THE BATTERY

Do not throw away the appliance without removing the battery Disconnect the
shaver from the mains before removing the battery The battery should be safely
disposed If you intend to dispose of the product by yourself, you must follow
these steps to remove the battery.
- Operate the trimmer until the battery is discharged and the motor stops working.
- Remove the protective cover (see the left picture 1).
- Pry open the main cover of the device 2
- Remove the battery 3 and dispose of it according to local regulations.
