Install The Abrasive Belt

1. Pinch the drive wheel in the direction of the arrow.
   

2. Put on the replaced sandpaper.
   

Install The Tool Holder

1. Tighten the third screw (as shown in the picture)
   

2. Snap the knife holder into the inner wall of the screw and thigh -ten it with an Allen wrench
   

Installing Grinding Wh

1. Install the shim on the connecting rod.
   

2. Install the grinding wheel, shim and screws in order, and tighten them
   

3. Install the grinding wheel with the small screw on the connecting rod facing upward
   

4. Tighten the small screw with an Allen wrench
   

5. Rotate the grinding wheel and tighten the screws on the other side of the connecting rod.
   

6. Installation completed.
   

Adjust The Angle

1. Loosen screw 1 with an Allen wrench(as shown in the picture)
   

2. Loosen screw 2
   

3. Adjust the grinding wheel to the required angle
   

4. Tighten the screws (as shown in the picture)
   

5. Rotate the grinding wheel to align the two circles
   

6. Tighten the screws (as shown in the picture), the adjust
   

Adjust The Angle

1. Loosen the screw (as shown in the picture).
   

2. Adjust the grinding ~heel to vertical angle and tighten the screw
   

3. Tighten the screws(as shown in the picture
   

4. Adjustment completed
   

Directions for use

1. Work place Keep the work place clean and bright. It is easy to hide hidden dangers in chaotic and dark environment.
2. Electrical safety Belt sander machine must be fitted with sockets, please be sure to standardize operation, avoid water and moisture.
3. Personal safety Keep awake while operating the power tools. Do not operate under the influence of fatigue, drugs, alcohol, etc.

1. Please wear protective equipment (goggles, gloves, masks, protective clothing. etc.) before using the machine.
2. Please cut off the power when install the sand belt and the table.
3. Different materials need different mesh sand belt operation, before operating, you can test with small materials.
