If the model of your appliance does not have the accessories described above,
they can also be bought separately from the Technical Assistance Service.
USE AND CARE:
Fully extend the appliance’s power cable before each use.
Do not use the appliance if its accessories are not properly fitted.
Do not use the appliance if the on/off switch does not work.
Do not move the appliance while in use.
Do not use the appliance if it is tipped up and do not turn it over.
Do not force the appliance’s work capacity.
Disconnect the appliance from the mains when not in use and before undertaking
any cleaning task.
Store this appliance out of reach of children and/or persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge.
Do not store the appliance if it is still hot.
Make sure that dust, dirt or other foreign objects do not block the fan grill
on the appliance.
Keep the inside of the oven clean to avoid the carbonising of leftover food,
which may damage the appliance.
Do not use the inside of the oven for storage purposes.
Use only utensils appropriate for ovens.
Use only utensils appropriate to support high temperatures.
Don’t place heavy utensils or trays on the open door.
CAUTION: Do not use the appliance if the glass is cracked or broken.
Turning the thermostat control to the minimum (MIN) setting. This does not
mean that the appliance is switched off permanently.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Before use:
Make sure that the entire product’s packaging has been removed.
Before using the product for the first time, clean the parts that will come
into contact with food in the manner described in the cleaning section.
During first use it is normal that the appliance emits a slight plastic odor.
Prepare the appliance according to the function you wish to use:
ACCESORIES USE:
Oil drip tray:
ALWAYS place oil drip tray in the lower rails of the cooking space (Fig.A)
It can be use as baking tray. Then place it in the middels rails of the
appliance. Air flow rack
Place the racks in the middle rails (Fig.B)
NOTE: The heating element is located at the top of the cooking place. If
place the food near the heating element the intensity of heat will be moreFor
crispy result place the rack on the top rail.
For enven and gentel cooking place ranck on the lower rails.
Rotisserie shaft (Fig.C)
Remove the fork from the rod by loosening the fastening screw.
Push the rod through the meat and slide it to the centre.
Put the fork onto the rod again with the prongs facing towards the meat.
Chicken should be bound in a string to prevent the chicken legs or wings touch
heating element during roasting, so that rotisserie assemble will rotate
smoothly.
Slide both forks firmly against the meat and tighten the fork fastening screws
well.
Place the rod with the meat into the oven.
Activate the rotation button (3)
After cooking loosen the fork fastening screws and remove the meat by sliding
it to the end of the rod.
Rotating basket
The rotating basket can be used to fry potatoes (450g frozen, 400g natural or
oven), vegetables, meat, croquettes, nuggets, fish bars, among other frozen
products.
NOTE: For even cooking, DO NOT overfill the basket.
Make sure the basket is tightly closed before starting the cooking process.
To place the basket in the appliance, first insert the left side (Fig.D)
and then hook the right side (Fig.E) into the bracket.
Activate the rotation button (3)
Use:
Extend the cable completely before plugging it in. Connect the appliance to
the mains.
Open the door
If you don’t use the oil tray pan (H) as baking tray place it at the bottom
part of the appliance.
Use the appropriate accessory according to the food you want to cook.
Prepare the food, place it in the accessory and insert it into the appliance.
Close the door
Press the power button during few seconds. The screen will activate.
Then select the temperature by pressing the temperature control button (4).
Select the appropriate time by pressing the time control button (5) for
cooking or select the pre-defined program (7) if you wish.
NOTE: keep in mind that the cooking time may vary depending on the food,
quantity and size.
If you use rotisserie accessory or the rotating basket, you may select
Rotation Button (3).
By pressing the internal light button (2) you can check the cooking process
while the appliance is operating.
If you open the door, the appliance will pause automatically and the light
will come on. When you close it again, the appliance will start up again.
After the selected time or once the pre-defined menu is finished, the
appliance will stop automatically and emit a beep.
To completely turn off the appliance press the power button until the screen
turns off.
Open the door and remove the food.
CAUTION: Always use oven gloves to protect your hands.
The metallic parts can become very hot during use. Take care when touching the
rods and the forks.
To minimize the generation of acrylamide during the food cooking process, do
not allow food to turn dark tan or black.
Let the appliance and tools cool down before cleaning.

Rotisserie cooking time can vary depending on the weight of the piece, you can
use a thermometer to check if the internal temperature is correct according to
the below internal temperature chart.
NOTE: when selecting any predefined menu, the cooking time will begin to
reverse once the appliance reaches the desired temperature. If you are using
the appliance for the first time, and select a menum the panel will show the
selected temperature and time, but will not start counting until the optimum
cooking temperature is reached.

Once you have finished using the appliance:
Turn the appliance off, using the on/off switch.
Unplug the appliance from the mains.
Allow to cool.
Clean the appliance.
CLEANING
Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to cool before
undertaking any cleaning task.
Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid
and then dry.
Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or
abrasive products, for cleaning the appliance.
Do not let water or any other liquid get into the air vents to avoid damage to
the inner parts of the appliance.
Never submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid or place it under
running water.
It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly and remove any food remains.
If the appliance is not in good condition of cleanliness, its surface may
degrade and inexorably affect the duration of the appliance’s useful life and
could become unsafe to use.

(using a soft cleaning program):

Then dry all parts before its assembly and storage.

Note: these settings are merely indicative. Foodstuffs can vary in
origin, size, shape and brand, so we cannot guarantee the best settings for
any specific food.

PROBLEM SOLUTION
Problem | Possible cause | Solution |

The AIR FRYER does not work.
| The appliance is not plugged in.| Put the mains plug in an earthed wall
socket.
You have not set the Timer.|
Turn on the appliance by pressing the power button for a few seconds. Select the desired time and temperature and close the door properly.
The foods fried with the AIR FRYER are not done.
| The quantity of food in the basket is too much.| Put smaller batches of food
in the basket. Smaller batches are fried move evenly.
The set temperature is too low.|
Temperature setting – refer to the cooking guide for reference.
The food is fried unevenly in the AIR FRYER.
| Certain food types need to be turned halfway through the cooking time.| Turn
food over halfway to ensure food cooks equally on both sides.
Fried snacks are not crispy when they come out of the AIR FRYER.| Incorrect

Align the hinge and make sure the joints drop over the grooves. Then close the door. Make sure to properly align the racks or tray over the slots. Then close the door.

Food with high oil content has been used.
Oil has been added to the food.

Do not use food groups with high oil content or add extra oil that is not required.
An air fryer uses technology where low or no oil is required.
Grease drip tray still contains grease residue from previous use.|
White smoke is caused by grease heating up on the drip tray.
Make sure you clean the drip tray after every use.
