SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• This product is an electrical product, and safety precautions should be followed to avoid accidents.
• In order to prevent electric shock accident, the machine must be connected to a correctly grounded socket, and the correct voltage must be selected to ensure correct grounding. It is not allowed to be exposed to rain or humid environment. When not in use, please disconnect the power supply. After the machine is completely cooled, it can be stored in a suitable place.
• This device is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with physical, sensory, or mental impairments or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised and instructed by those responsible for their safety.
• If the power cord or the machine is damaged, it must be replaced and repaired by the manufacturer or authorized service agent to avoid danger.
• It is strictly forbidden to use this equipment in a humid and corrosive environment, and do not use this equipment in a combustible or explosive environment. After the machine is turned on, someone needs to take care of it to ensure safe operation.
• When replacing product parts, please use original accessories.

1. Turn on the machine: press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the machine, and the default mode 1 is automatically turned on for heating. (Refer to the following mode parameters)
   If you have already used it, and the machine automatically shuts down after the last use, then the machine will enter the heating mode set last time when it is turned on.
   

2. Mode switching: After turning on the machine, press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds to switch to other modes, and each time you press it, you can switch to a mode. There are 3 modes for you to choose:
   Mode 1 (Slightly bright): 284℉
   Mode 2 (Normal): 320℉
   Mode 3 (Super bright): 374℉
   

3. After the mode is selected, machine will heat automatically. When the light flashes, it means that it is heating; when the light stays on, it means that the machine has reached the required temperature, and the heat pressing can be started.

4. Before starting the heat pressing, put the hat on the silicone pad, and fix logo sticker to be pressed on the hat with high-temperature tape.
   

5. Then start heat pressing, and it will be done in about 8-16 seconds. Finally, wait for the logo pattern to cool off, and slowly tear off the transfer paper.
   

6. Machine shutdown: After mode 3, press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds to shut down. The heat press machine will automatically shut of if not used for 15 minutes.
   

NOTE

1. Try to keep the surface of the product as smooth as possible. The material of some hats/clothes is relatively rough, so that the contact of the heating surface is not enough, resulting in weakened hot stamping effect.
2. Heat pressing time, 8-16 seconds is recommended, adjust the heat pressing time and manual pressing pressure according to the actual effect.
3. The principle of thermal transfer printing is to precisely transfer the pattern to the surface of the product by heating and pressing to complete the product printing
4. After the heat pressing is completed, according to the characteristics of the transfer paper, the temperature of the transfer paper should drop to room temperature before tearing of the transfer paper.

QA

Q: What should I do if the transferred pattern is too dark/light?

A: The higher the temperature and the longer the time, the darker the transferred pattern; you can adjust it according to the actual situation.

(2). Q: After heat pressing, the temperature of the transfer paper also

dropped. Why did the transfer fail when the transfer paper was torn off?

A: It may be that the surface of the hat is relatively rough, resulting in insufficient temperature contact during the hot-stamping process. In the area where the transfer failed, it can be hot stamped again, and the down pressure of the hot stamp can be manually increased to ensure that the temperature of the contact surface is sufficient.
