How to use shortcut keys
DOWN” BUTTON:
- Short press up and down to select in setup page and play mode.
- Short press to turn the microphone on and off.
- Long press locks the video.
UP” BUTTON:
- Short press up and down to select in setup page and play mode.
- A long press activates the screen saver.
- Short press deactivates the screen saver.
POWER” BUTTON:
- This dash cam does not have a separate confirmation button, the POWER button = is an OK button.
- In recording mode, short press to start recording, and press again to stop recording.
- In photo mode, short press to take a photo; In video play mode, short press to play or pause the video.
M “MENU” BUTTON:
- Long press to change mode (Video, Photo, and Playback modes).
- Short press to enter the mode setting interface, and press again to enter the system setting page
**** Important notice :

This product is intended for use in motor vehicles only.
Do not install the camera where it might block the driver’s view of the road (including the mirrors) or the deployment of the air bags. -
Before using this camera, please insert the memory card first, and format the memory card in the camera menu first.

This camera records video at high resolution, be sure to use a high-speed Micro SD Card, Class 10 or above, 16GB or 32GB SD Cards are recommended.

This camera features a Built-in battery as internal power, it’s used only for saving the video file after the external power supply cuts off (the car turns off). This camera will not turn on without an external power supply.

Be sure the camera lens is clean and there is nothing blocking the lens.

Do not leave the camera in direct sunlight for a long period of time or where the temperature could go above 170°F (75°C).
INTRODUCTION
Automatic start to record, just plug and play, and video files will be saved
on the memory card.

to ensure normal use.
Notice:
The battery of the cam is only for emergence file backup. External power is
required for operation. Since its internal battery is a small capacity, it
will automatically shut down after 5 seconds without external power.

Dual lens Record (If you buy a dash cam that does not come with a rear camera, please ignore it. Our dash cam A10 doesn’t prepare with a rear camera) Equipped with dual-lens camera, Our dash cam provides you with double safety.
Front camera: 170°wide angle.
Resolution:1080FHD/720P.
Rear camera: Resolution: 720P
(Rear camera is not included ) -
Loop Recording
The Loop recording video can be set the timing 1 min, 3mins, or 5 mins. With this function, the dash cam overwrites the oldest videos to ensure continuous recording. (Please note: If the video files are locked, they can not be overwritten, you should format these locked files manually.) -
Emergency Record
Motion Detection: When the Motion Detection is on, it will detect whether there is a moving object, and the recording will auto-on if it finds a moving object. (We recommend that turn off the motion detection and Parking monitor function during driving.) Gravity Sensor: When there is a severe bump in vehicles, the video will be locked and will not be deleted by cyclic recording. (If there are always many locked files, please adjust the Gravity Sensor Sensitivity)

There are 3 modes – Video, Photo, and Playback.
Video Mode: The default mode when the camera is turned on, for video recording.
Photo Mode: Allow you to take still photographs.
Playback Mode: Allows you to view recorded video or photographs on the dash cam IPS screen. -
How to switch Video/Photo/Playback mode? Long press the Button to switch the video/photo/playback mode. (If the dash cam is recording, press the Power Button to stop recording first!!!)

INSTALLATION GUIDANCE
* INSTALL THE FRONT CAMERA

Insert the TF card as shown above, please gently insert the TF card into the slot.
Warm Tips
Please format the card with the setup menu before use. Please insert the card in the right direction.
As some people insert the SD card incorrectly and was wedged between the SD card slot and a gap.

Mount the front camera
– Clean the front windshield.
– Assemble the suction mount and front camera together.
– Remove the protective plastic film from the suction pad, push
the suction cup onto the inner windshield in a suitable position (Won’t shade your vision while driving), and rotate the suction bracket handle to ensure that it is well fixed.

Connect the car’s original charger to the cigarette lighter.
Route the cables through the top ceiling and the A-pillar so that it does not interfere with driving.

Connecting Method**

Please connect the cables as shown above:
– Connect the socket to the dash camera’s rear camera interface.
– Connect the red cable to the positive lead of reversing lamp. -
There are two methods to place the camera:
Mode 1: Mount on the rear windscreen. The package includes a 3M glue for the rear camera. Please clean the rear windscreen and find an appropriate position before you stick the rear camera onto the windscreen.
Mode 2: Mount near the license plate. The package includes fixing screws to help you fix it.
Note: when you install the rear camera, you can find a slim red cable, please connect it to the reversing lamp positive lead!
DASH CAM SETTING
– Video Recording Mode:
The camera will automatically enter Video Recording
Mode and start recording. When connected to a car charger and powered on. A
Red dot flashing on the top left corner indicates the recording is in
progress. Press the K=Power ” button to stop recording for the standby mode,
or start recording again. (Standby mode means that there is no ongoing
operations.)

Dash cam Setting
– How to access the Video Setting Menu?
First, stop recording! Second Short Press the Menu button to access the video
setting. (As shown below)
Note: If the dash cam is recording video, Please press the power
button(OK button) to stop recording. So that other function keys can work!!!
Resolution: Adjust recording video resolution, 1080FHD 19201080; 720P

Loop Recording: Off /1 Min/3 Mins /5 Mins
Exposure: Adjustable exposure value, used to change the image brightness,
you can set from +5/3 to -5/3.
Motion Detection: This function allows the camera to start recording when
it detects movement.
Record Audio: Turn ON / OFF audio recording in the video.
Date Stamp: Enable/Disable the date and time marks in video files.
Gravity Sensor: G-sensor will detect significant or sudden shock and movement
and then automatically locks the current recording from loop recording,
Off/High/In/Low sensitivity available.
HDR: Turn On/Off High-Dynamic Range Photo Mode Setting
1. How to enter the Photo Mode or Take Photos?
Return to Stand by Mode, Long Press the Menu Button, to access the photo
set.(Press the Power Button to take photos!) (As shown below)

2.- How to enter the Photo Setting, In Photo Mode, short press the M button! (As shown below)
Resolution: Set the photo resolution, 12M 40323024 / 10M 36482736 / 8M
32642448 / 5M 25921944 / 3M 20481536 / 2MHD 19201080 / 1.3M 1280*960.
Sequence : Turn ON / OFF five continuous shooting.
Quality : Defines the quality of the image you capture, Fine / Normal /
Economy.
Sharpness: Defines the clarity of details in the photos,
Optional: Strong / Normal / Soft.
White Balance: Establishes the condition to capture an image based on the
option given.Optional: Auto / Daylight / Cloudy / Tungsten / Fluorescent.
ISO: Auto / 100 / 200 / 300 / 400.
Exposure : + 2/3; + 1/3; + 0.0; -1/3; -2/3; -1.0; -4/3; -5/3; -2.0,
Adjust the exposure value to adjust the brightness of the photo.
Anti-Shaking: Turn ON / OFF.Quick Review: Sets time duration the photo
displays on screen after it has been captured.
Date Stamp: Enable/Disable the date and time marks on the photo.
Playback Mode
– How to enter the Playback Mode?
- Stop video recording, and long press the M button twice to enter Playback Mode.
- Use up and down button to scroll through the front recording files / rear recording files/photos. Press the power button to confirm!
Delete: Delete the current file displayed or delete all files.
Protect: Lock / Unlock the current file displayed or Lock / Unlock all files.
If the file is locked, you can unlock it, and then it can be deleted(if not,
it can’t be deleted). Locked files won’t be overwritten in loop recording
mode.
System Setting Menu
In playback mode, press the M Button twice to access System Setting.(As shown
below )
Parking Mode: It’s used to protect your car after parking, with this
function on, after you stop the car and the camera powers off, it will stay on
standby, when the camera detects shock, it will automatically turn on and take
a 22 seconds video, then shut down automatically. The sensor sensitivity can
be adjusted to Low /Medium / High.
Set Date/Time: Change the time and date by using the up and down buttons.
YY/MM/DD (press the power button to move, press the menu to exit), then press
OK to confirm. Auto Power Off: Set the time for the camera to automatically
power up to save energy, after the camera is idle for a set time, it will
power off. Off / 1 Minute / 3 Minutes / 5 Minutes. Screen Saver: Set the time
to automatically turn off the LCD display after no operation. Off/1 Minute / 3
Minutes / 5 Minutes.
Beep Sound: ON/OFF. If turned on, when you press any keys, it will have
sounds.
Language : English/French/ Spanish/
Portuguese/Deutsch/ Italian/Japanese /Chinese,etc.
Frequency: Set light frequency to 50Hz or 60Hz, and press OK(Power
Button).
Fill Light: Off/On(If open, the light will be bright)
Format : Format the Micro SD Card. Cancel /OK. All Data will be deleted.
Default Setting: Cancel/OK. Reset all settings back to factory default.

Main Functions and Features Introduction

Loop Recording
In loop recording, the camera will record the video in 1/3/5 minutes clips, and when the card is full, the camera will cover the earliest clip with the latest one, and so forth.
(Locked video will not be covered) -
Motion Detection
Motion Detection is used to save storage space, when motion detection is on, the camera will automatically start recording when the camera detects movement is stopped. We do not recommend turning on this function during driving for your safety. -
G-Sensor Lock
When the car takes a collision, the G-sensor will be set off and the current video clip will be locked to save evidence, so it won’t be deleted in loop recording mode.
(Sometimes you will see a lock(key) icon on the screen, that is G-sensor activated) -
Screen Saver
In order to guarantee safe driving, and not be affected by the light of the recorder, you can set the screen saver to shut off the display and press any key to turn it back on. -
Parking Monitor
It’s used to protect your car after parking, with this function on, after you stop the car and the camera powers off, it will stay on standby when the camera detects shock, it will automatically turn on and take a 22 seconds video, then shut down automatically. The sensor sensitivity can be adjusted to Low /Medium / High.

Common Problems and Solutions :
Q: The camera can not record video or take photos? Or****
– show: “Please insert above Class 6 SD card” on dash cam!
– A: Be sure you are using a suitable memory card: Speed over Class 10,
Capacity no less than 8GB.
– The maximum micro sd card is 32GB.show: “Please insert above Class 6 SD
card” on dash cam!
A: Be sure you are using a suitable memory card: Speed over Class 10, Capacity
no less than 8GB.
– The maximum micro sd card is 32GB.
– Be sure the memory card is formatted properly and inserted correctly.
Q: The camera automatically stops recording?****
– A: Format the memory card in the setting menu.
– The G-sensor might be triggered too often and locks too many video files,
try low sensitivity.
Q: The camera can not turn on?****
– A: This camera features a Built-in battery as internal power, it’s used only
for saving the video file after the external power supply cuts off (the car
turns off).
– This camera will not turn on without an external power supply.
– Check the power supply, and make sure they are connected properly, the power
indicator on the power adapter is on, and the connectors are tight.
Q: Suction mount cannot attach to the windshield well?****
– A: Please clean the windshield with a glass cleaning wipe.
– Removed the protective film.
– Please soak the suction mount to warm water for a moment. If it is still not
working, please contact us to get a replacement.
Q: The recorded video is unclear?****
– A: Make sure there are no fingerprints or dirt on the lens,
– Try to adjust the angle to avoid blocks or glare or windshield reflecting
Q: Color of the video or photo is not good?****
– A: Verify that the Frequency option is set to 60Hz (North America) or set accordingly.
Q: The camera crashes or not respond to operations?****
– A: Use a pin or an unfolded paper clip, and press the RESET button to restart the camera.
Q: I can’t delete files on my SD card within the dash cam.****
– A: Check if these files are “locked”. If so, please delete the files manually.(Delete on PC or Format the files on the dash of your cam)
Q: Cannot see the reversing guide image when reversing.****
– A: Please check the wiring and make sure the RED LINE of the rear camera is
correctly linked to the
-POSITIVE ELECTRODE of the reserve light.
Q: When I press the MENU button nothing happens.****
– A: This is normal during recording. Stop the recording before pressing the MENU button.
Q: The screen blanks after a few minutes.****
– A: The screen saver is set to ON. Change settings to OFF if required. The default setting is off.
Q: Can not move the memory card.****
– A: With the card previously installed, you now need to push the card further
inwards slightly, using your fingernail, until you hear and feel a small
latch.
– Use the edge of a small
coin if you have difficulty.
– Release pressure and the card will spring out sufficiently for you to take
hold of it.
Q: I can only record a few minutes of videos on my memory card.****
– A: Change the recording size (Video Length function) to a smaller size.
– Increase the size of the Micro SD card. Maximize 32GB.
