Connection
When using the keyboard for the first time, please charge it for 3-4 hours to ensure sufficient power.
- Turn on the keyboard power: Keep pressing the keyboard power button for 3 seconds. (CHRG light shows red and turns on for 3 second, then turns off )
- Turn on the keyboard Bluetooth function: Press “ round button“ The PAIR light shows blue and keeps flashing.
- Open Windows Settings – Devices – Bluetooth & Other Devices- Add Bluetooth or Other Devices- Bluetooth. Search for “Bluetooth keyboard” and click to connect.
- Your device is ready to go and the PAIR light turns off. If the keyboard is not used for 10 minutes, it will automatically enter sleep mode. Press any key and wait for 2 to 3 seconds for the device to reconnect automatically.
- This keyboard could connect three devices, follow below instrations. Press “Fn+1” for 3s, the indicator light will flash, follow the above steps to connect device 1; press “Fn+2″ for 3s to connect device 2; press “Fn+3” for 3 seconds to connect device 3.
Keyboard Features
Keyboard Overview Backlit Instruction
- Make sure the keyboard is connected to the device.
- Single press the backlight key to switch the 3 levels of backlight brightness.
- Press the and or keys to switch between seven colors to adjust the backlight color.
- When the battery power is lower than 20%, the backlight turns off by itself and should not be turned on.
- Power on without any device connected, the keyboard enters breathing mode, 7-color cycle;
- The pairing is successful and the breathing is closed, and the keyboard has no backlight at this time;
- FN+RGB key: turn on or off breathing mode;
- RGB key: turn on the backlight and switch the backlight brightness;
- RGB key + up 7 (PageUp) or down J (PageDown): switch seven-color backlight;
- The keyboard goes to sleep in ten minutes, records the state of the backlight during sleep, and restores the state of the backlight before sleep when it wakes up;
- Low voltage automatically turns off the backlight. (For example, after the backlight is automatically turned off, you need to manually turn on the backlight when the battery is restored)
Note: You can change the brightness and switch colors only when the
backlight is always on.
Charge
- For the first use, please use the included charge cable to fully charge the keyboard (CHRG ligth turns green).
- When charging, please check whether the charging port is powered normally.
Note: Please do not charge the keyboard for a long time. Keeping it plugged in for a long time will deplete the keyboard’s battery life.

Cleaning and Care for the Keyboard
To keep your keyboard looking and working great, please maintain good usage
habits and pay attention to protecting the keyboard.
Keyboard and Outer Cover Care
The keyboard is relatively thin and light. Please be careful not to use it on
uneven surfaces to avoid bending the keyboard.
Don’ t apply liquids directly to the keyboard. Cleanoften in this way to keep
your keyboard cover looking great.
Battery Care
Operating temperature: Keyboard is designed to work between 0°C to 35°C.
Lithium batteries are sensitive to high temperatures, so keep your Surface out
of the sun and don’ t leave it in a hot car.
Recharge anytime: The battery doesn’ t need to be empty or low before you
recharge. You can recharge the battery whenever you like.
However, do not keep charging for a long time, it will decrease the battery
life.
Troubleshooting

Why is my smartphone/tablet unable to find the keyboard in the Wireless search screen ?
Please make sure you have pressed the connect button. You should see the status LED blinking in Blue. If the LED isn’t blinking, your device won’t find it. -
Why can’t I type in Spanish,Japanese or other languages?
The languages input setting is on your tablet. Our keyboard are standard US English and you will see there are only English letters printed on each button. If your device supports Spanish, the keyboard can also type in Spanish, but the position or some keys may be different. -
Why can’t I type when the keyboard is paired?
Please check the Input setting on your device to make sure all of the settings are set to ON status. If not, please turn them on.
