The biggest reason that produces such annoying sound is that pedals are connected in a parallel mode. With such parallel connection, each pedal forms a ground loop, which brings the noises from another magnetic field into the signal path and all the other pedals are interfered and become unstable.

To solve this problem, all need to do is to get rid of the ground loop and make sure each pedal work in an isolated route and most importantly choose a power supply with isolated output free from ground loop troubles. DETAILED SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. For better usage and heat dissipation, please take your device’ s dimension and type into consideration.

2. Please choose appropriate devices according to its Input & Output voltage, currents and other parameters.

3. Pay attention to operating environment, such as temperature, humidity.

4. Before using the product, please refer user manual and make sure voltage, current matches your devices.

5. Power must be turn off during wiring.

6. Before power on, please double-check all cable terminals and confirm Input & Output; AC&DC; Positive and Negative pole; Voltage and Current are all in correct state, avoid reversed or wrong connection.

7. Based on the theory that primary input pedals(of bigger current) go before secondary input pedals, also for a better performance of this
   unit, please put primary input pedals in the front.

8. Please use your devices at rated power.

9. Please contact local authorized dealer immediately when a malfunction occurs, and ask for due after-sale service.

10. To extend the lifetime, please do not turn on/off power too frequently.

11. Please note that all equipments must be grounded.

12. Unplug the device or turn it off during lighting storms or when unused for a long period.

Parts Description and Function

AC Power Input and Fuse Unit

1. AC Power Input: Detailed information please refer to your local standard. AC110V (North America) AC240V (UK) AC220V (Mainland China)
2. Fuse Unit: Fuse Unit contains the main power fuse. Based on different input voltage, the corresponding fuse value shows as:
   • Input voltage Fuse value
   • AC100-120V TIAL250V
   • AC220-240V T500mA250V

2. The adaptation of fuse and internal transformer is determined by the relative direction of fuse cover and base. Based on local voltage standard, please make sure the triangular mark on the fuse cover in consistent with that on the base when you change the fuse. Wrong installation may lead to blown fuse. AC Output: AC output port can be used to connect several units of this product with the maximum amount of five. Please connect this
   output port to AC input directly with a power cable.(Refer to illustration)

3. Power Switch: It controls the entire input power of the unit. Turn the switch on and the indicator light becomes bright. And the power cuts off when the switch is off. (this switch does not limit AC power output.)

4. DC Output 1-5: DC9V power output with the positive pole in the outer and the negative in the center. Each maximum output current is 100mA which is quite suitable for low power effect pedals. The output current is limited to 100mA and equipment with current consumption over this level should not be connected to Output 1-5.

5. DC Output 6-7: DC9V power output with the positive pole in the outer and the negative in the center. Each maximum output current is 250mA which is quite suitable for high power effect pedals. The output current is limited to 250 mA and equipment with current consumption over this level should not be connected to Output 6-7.

6. DC Output 8: DC12V/18Vpower output which can be alternated by the Switch button. The positive pole is in the outer and the negative in the center. The maximum output current is 100mA which is quite suitable for low power effect pedals. The output current is limited to 100 mA and equipment with current consumption over this level should not be connected to Output 8.

7. DC12V/18V Switch: This switch is designed to control Output 8. Turn the switch and point to 12V, the output of Output 8 is DC 12V. The same goes for DC18V.

Connection Mode (Refer to illustration)

1. Supply to one effect pedal or other equipment with equivalent parameters.
2. Use a polarity reversing adaptor to supply effect pedals or equipment with equivalent parameters.
3. Connect to several power supply units to charge multiple effect pedals or equipment with equivalent parameters at the same time.
