POWER CONNECTION

The MINI CHARGING TOWER operates with AC120V ~60Hz power sourc- es. Plug the grounded AC plug into a household grounded outlet AC source. The tower base night light will light up on bottom of unit. NOTE: When the AC power does not operate the unit or will be unused for long periods of time, Please remove the AC plug from the wall outlet

  • Do not force your product plug into an outlet that is not designed to accept a three-pronged grounded plug This plug is designed to be inserted into a grounded-type outlet only. If this plug doesn’t fit directly inside your outlet, do not attempt to force it into the outlet. Never attempt to dismantle the plug in any way(or to alter the power cord). Do not attempt to defeat the grounding feature by using a 3-to-2 prong adapter. If you have questions about grounding, consult your local power company or a qualified electrician.

  • Do not place any antenna near overhead power lines or any other power circuit. Do not touch any power line or power circuit. Doing so may cause severe physical injury or possibly death.

  • WARNING -Liquid: Avoiding Electrical Shocks A, Do not operate your product if liquid of any kind is spilled onto or inside the unit. B, Do not operate your product near rain or water that’s spilled or contained(e.g., bathtub, kitchen sink, or aquariums).

    If your power cord’s protective jacket begins to rip or fray, exposing the internal wiring, shielding, etc., disconnect it from the AC power source and discontinue the use of the product immediately.

  • CAUTION -Exposure To Heat Do not expose your product to direct sunlight or place it near wall heaters, space heaters, or any
    enclosed space prone to temperature increase.

NOTE : Failure to follow these safety guidelines can cause personal injury and/or damage to the Mini Charging Tower. It may also void the product warranty. Be sure to read this User Guide entirely before using the Mini Charging Tower for the first time.

CAUTION:
Keep children away from the Mini Charging Tower. It will generate the same potentially lethal AC power as a normal household AC wall outlet.

WARNING: Shock Hazard

Grip the Mini Charging Tower carefully when removing or inserting an AC plug 0Keep your fingers clear of the AC outlet. Make sure that your fingers do not contact the prongs of an AC plug that is partially inside the Portable Charger.
WARNING: Shock Hazard

Be careful when inserting an AC plug into a 3-prong outlet. The prongs of an AC plug can become bent from misuse. If an AC plug is not inserted properly into the AC outlet, a bent prong can slip outside of the Portable Charger and become a shock hazard.

Additional Safety Precautions:

  • DO NOT insert foreign objects into the Mini Charging Tower’s AC outlet or other openings.
  • DO NOT expose the Mini Charging Tower to water, rain, snow or spray.
  • DO NOT use the Mini Charging Tower in temperatures over 100F /40C. If the Portable

Charging Devices with the USB Ports

  1. PERCENT-MPU801-Hybrid-Tower-Charging-Station-with-AC-Outlet-and-USB-Charge-FIG-6 Connect your device’s USB charging cord to your device’s charging port (please refer to your device’s user guide for charging). (cable not provided)
  2. Connect the USB end of your device’s USB charging cord to the USB Charging Port on the Mini Charging Tower
  3. When your device if fully charged, be sure to remove your device and the charging cable from the Mini Charging Tower

NOTE:

The USB ports are SMART output ports, and will automatically adjust the charging current according to the inserted devices to achieve the fastest charging time using a total of 4Amps maximum. When the charging current exceeds this 4Amp value, the over current protection will activate to protect the tower, stopping the DC output, until the 4Amp or less value is reached. Then the tower will automatically resume.

Charging Devices with the Side AC Outlet

The Mini Charging Tower has 2 AC outlets and is capable of powering most 120V AC products, such as laptops, tablets, lamps, printers etc.
CAUTION

Do not plug higher consumption AC devices such as Refrigerators, Air Conditioners, toasters, microwaves, etc. into the AC outlets. This can cause damage to the Mini Charging Tower. Connect your device’s charging cord AC plug to the AC Outlet on either of the Mini Charging Tower AC side AC120V ~60Hz grounded outlets

Charging Devices with Portable Power Pack

CHARGING YOUR POWER PACK FOR FIRST TIME Charge the POWER PACK a minimum of 6 hours before first use.

RECHARGING THE POWER PACK

Place the power pack on top of the tower. Make sure the POWER PACKs’ two (2) metal contacts located on the bottom, are properly aligned to the contacts when sitting on top of the tower. When fully charged, the POWER PACK can be removed for use from the main unit.
Battery indicator LED lights, show battery power % levels as the following:

  • LED#1: 25% charge or less
  • LED#2: 50% charge
  • LED#3: 75% charge
  • LED#4: 100% charged

After prolonged use, the POWER PACK will become weak and the LED #1 INDICATOR will alert you the POWER PACK needs to be recharged.

Charging Devices with Portable Power Pack

IMPORTANT: Charge the POWER PACK a minimum of 6 hours before first use.
The Portable Power Pack is capable of powering or charging most

consumer electronic devices that have USB power ports.

  1. Connect your device’s USB charging cord to your device’s charging port (please refer to your device’s user guide for charging). (cable not provided)
  2. Connect the USB end of your device’s USB charging cord to the USB Charging Port on the powerbank or place the power pack on top of the tower to charge.
  3. When your device if fully charged, be sure to remove your device and the Charging cable from the Portable Power Pack.
  4. NOTE: The USB Charging Port will power OFF automatically when a device is disconnected from the port.

Troubleshooting

The Portable Power Pack has been charging for a long time, but the LED Charging Indicator Light is still not showing increased power % levels. The Portable Power Pack has not charged long enough. Charge it for more than four hours continuously. The Portable Power Pack can’t charge any other devices. Recharge the Portable Power Pack. The Power Pack must be properly positioned at the top of the tower.

NOTE:

The Portable Power Pack has smart circuit protection; the maximum output current is 1000mA. If a short circuit or overcurrent occurs, the power supply output will shut down, and the power pack will need to be recharged in order to function.
