ATTENTION
To comply with the published safety standards, the following must be observed
when using this adapter.
- These charger are suitable for use with information technology equipment.
- These charger are intended to be operated up to 2000m above sea level.
- These charger are suitable for use in tropical and/or moderate climates.
- The rated maximum ambient temperature must not exceed 40°C.
- The charger are not intended to be repaired by service personnel in case of failure or component defect.
- These power adaptors do not require much attention. If you want to clean it, please use only dry cloths or a brush.
- Areadily accessible disconnect device shall be incorporated external to the equipment.
WARNING: It is ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL that power has been shut off from the
fuse panel or circuit breaker box to the designated outlet before installing
this item. Placement of this item CANNOT BE DONE SAFELY UNLESS POWER HAS BEEN
DISCONNECTED at the breaker panel or fuse panel for the property.
ONCE POWER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED, test the outlet using a voltage meter
capable of making the proper readings PRIOR to the installation of the item to
ensure that the power has been properly disconnected.
If you are unsure or confused about anything presented in this manual
involving disconnecting the power to a circuit, please consult a QUALIFIED
ELECTRICIAN.

Installation

Turn Off the Power
Locate the electrical cutoff point (fuse box, breaker panel, etc.) and turn off the power to the outlet being used by turning off the breaker switchor removing the fuse, as necessary. NOTE: If you are unsure what this is or where it is located, please consult a qualified electrician.
After the outlet is powered OFF, test it using a voltage meter or by plugging a device into the outlet, such as a light, and turning it ON.
Once you have confirmed that the power to the outlet is OFF, you may proceed to step 2. -
Remove the Existing Face Cover
NOTE: This section will require the use of a screw driver.
Unscrew and remove the existing face cover from the wall to reveal the outlet. -
Install the 100 Percent Face Cover Charger
Slide the face cover charger into the outlet so that the two prongs clip into place on both sides of the middle of the outlet. -
Finish Up
Screw both Face Cover screws into the outlet’s top and bottom screw holes. NOTE: Do NOT tighten the screws too much, this may strip the screws.
Return power to the outlet via breaker or circuit box and test to ensure it is functioning.

Using the Charger
The Face Cover Charger can be use to charge up to two USB devices.
The left USB port is a 2.1A port and the right a 1A port. Use the 2.1A port to
charge devices more quickly.
While usingthe USB ports, the LED indicator will turn ON.
Up to 2 devices can be plugged in at one time. While plugged in, the wall
outlets will still be usable.

Limited Warranty
90 Days Limited Warranty
In the unlikely event that this product is defective, or does not perform
properly, you may within ninety (90) days from your original date of purchase
return it to the authorized service center for repair or exchange.

- Provide proof of the date of purchase within the package (dated bill of sale).
- Prepay all shipping costs to the authorized service center, and remember to insure your return.
- Include a return shipping address (no P.O. Boxes), a telephone contact number, and the defective unit within the package.
- Describe the defect or reason you are returning the product.
Your product will be repaired or replaced, at our option, for the same or
similar model of equal value if examination by the service center determines
this product is defective.
Products received damaged as a result of shipping will require you to file a
claim with the carrier.

Warranty Service Not Provided
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse,
improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, and unauthorized
modification. This warranty is voided in the event any unauthorized person
opens, alters or repairs this product. All products being returned to the
authorized service center for repair must be suitably packaged.
