IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

  • Please read all instruction manuals before use and save it for future references.
  • For home use only. Do not use for industrial or commercial purposes.
  • Do not shock the scale with sudden loading or striking.
  • Do not overload the scale.
  • Slippery when wet.
  • Do not attempt to repair, adjust or replace parts in the appliance. Repair the malfunctioning appliance in the nearest service center.
  • If the product has been exposed to temperatures below 0ºC for some time it should be kept at room temperature for at least 2 hours before turning it on.
  • The manufacturer reserves the right to introduce minor changes into the product design without  prior notice, unless such changes influence significantly the product safety, performance, and functions.

START TO USE

  • Insert type CR2032 batteries observing polarity into a special compartment at the bottom of the scale. Close the compartment. The scale is ready to operate.
  • By default the scale is set to stones. There is a switch on the rear panel of the scale, for selecting “kilos” or “pounds” as units of measurement.
  • Make sure that the scale stands on flat even hard horizontal surface. Do not place the scale on a carpet or any other soft surfaces.
  • In order to determine the weight correctly, the scale should stay in one place. By moving the scale you may place it on an uneven surface, and it may affect the correctness of the weight displayed.

WEIGHING

  • In order to determine the weight correctly, you should weigh yourself at the same time during the day and before meal. Do not forget to undress and take off your shoes.
  • In order to determine the weight correctly try not to weigh yourself  earlier than 2 hours after waking up.
  • Step on the scale in order to turn it on.
  • Wait a few seconds until the display will show “0.0”.
  • The display will be locked when you stably stand on the scale.
  • Step off the scale.

AUTOMATIC SWITCHING OFF

  • After weighing unloaded scale will automatically turn off in 10 seconds.

OVERLOAD INDICATOR

  • When the scale is overloaded, the display shows “Err”.

BATTERY REPLACING

  • Replace the battery when the display shows “Lo”.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE

  • Wipe the scale with a soft cloth and cleaner, and then dry it.
  • Do not use any organic solvents, aggressive chemicals and abrasives.

STORAGE

  • Complete all requirements of chapter MAINTENANCE AND CARE.
  • Do not put anything on bathroom scale when not in use.
  • Keep the scale in a dry cool place.

TERMS OF WARRANTY SERVICE
When purchasing a product, require it to be checked in your presence and to fill in the warranty card (stamp of the trading organization, date of sale and seller’s signature). Without providing a warranty card or if it is filled out incorrectly, claims for quality are not accepted, and warranty repairs are not produced. The warranty card must be presented at any service call. center during the entire warranty period. The product is accepted for service service only fully complete. The warranty period is calculated from the date of sale to the buyer. Please also keep the documents confirming the date of purchase of the product (sales receipt or cash receipt). The condition of the free warranty service of your product is its correct operation, which does not go beyond personal household needs, in accordance with the requirements of the operating instructions for the product, no mechanical damage and consequences of careless handling product. The warranty covers all manufacturing and design defects, except as described below, discovered during the warranty period. During this period, defective parts other than those specified in section “Warranty not covered”, subject to free replacement or repair at the warranty service center. The product must be returned to the service center in a clean form.

THE WARRANTY MAY BE VOID IN PART OR WHOLE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  1. Malfunctions caused by force majeure.
  2. Malfunctions caused by using the product for purposes other than beyond personal household needs (i.e. industrial or commercial purposes).
  3. Defects caused by overload, misuse, penetration of liquids, dust, foreign objects inside the product.
  4. Products that have been repaired outside of authorized service centers or warranty workshops.
  5. Damage resulting from changes to the design product by the user or by unqualified replacement of its components.
  6. Violation of the requirements of the instruction manual.
  7. Incorrect setting of the mains voltage (if required).
  8. Introduction of technical changes.
  9. Mechanical damage, including due to careless handling, improper transportation and storage, product fall.
  10. Damage caused by pets and rodents.
  11. There is no stamp of the trading organization in the warranty card, date sales, customer details, serial number.
  12. The serial number on the product is destroyed or illegible.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO CONSUMABLES AND ACCESSORIES remotes, filters, knives, nets, bags, nozzles, brushes, hoses, etc.
