Thank you for purchasing the Stone 260 and welcome to the boating family! The Stone 260 is a unique portable audio system that combines Bluetooth. Lithium lon Battery & water resistant technologies. The result is a shock-resistant, dust-resistant, water-resistant, full-range rechargeable wireless speaker system. Do everything from stream & play your music from your Bluetooth- enabled smartphone or audio device to answering your calls over the built-in speakerphone!

Stone 260 is IPX-5 water and dust-resistant.To ensure your Stone 260 is
prepared for use in a wet environment, remove all cable connections and
tightly close the bottom water lid. If the water lid is not properly closed,
the speaker will not be water-resistant.
CHARGING
Before using your Stone 260 please charge it using the micro USB charging cable included in the package. Please note: Most USB chargers are compatible with Stone 260. For optimal AC charging please use a 1.0A USB charger. Plug the small micro USB pin into the charger port on the side of the speaker and the other end of the cable (the standard USB 2.0 plug) into any standard USB port (such as a computer or USB charger). The LED light on the grill will turn red when it is being charged. When it is fully charged, the LED indicator light will turn off. A full charge takes about 2 hours. The speaker can be charged while playing music. The battery of the speaker will be charged until the charging process is completed.
PAIRING
Turn your speaker on. The Bluetooth LED indicator on the front of the grill
will flash blue. Enable your Bluetooth device such as a cell phone, tablet or
other Bluetooth media and make sure it is in searching mode. Select “boAt
Stone 260 ” in the list shown on the Bluetooth device.
Note: if your Bluetooth device version is below V2.0. please enter the
password “0000” for a connection. The speaker will automatically reconnect to
the last connected Bluetooth-enabled audio device.
HANDS-FREE SPEAKERPHONE
You can use Stone 260 as a portable speakerphone for incoming calls when connected wirelessly and outgoing calls via Bluetooth. Take your call by pressing the “button”.Press once again when ending the call. Music will resume automatically. To make a call, simply dial your cell phone and talk through the speaker. Once your call is connected choose Stone 260 in the headset options.
SD Card
The product is compatible with an SD card slot so that playing music without
the connection of any Bluetooth device is possible. Simply switch the mode of
the speaker from pairing mode to SD card mode to begin playing music from the
SD card. Ensure that the SD card is inserted properly.

OPERATION INSTRUCTION
VOLUME ADJUSTMENT
At any time during a phone call or while playing music the volume can be
changed with the < or > button. To raise the volume press the “<. To
lower the volume press “›
button. There will be a tone from the speaker to indicate that the level has
reached maximum or minimum volume.
CHANGING TRACKS
Simply press the “<” or *>” button for 1 second on the Stone 260 to change
tracks.
PLAY AND PAUSE
Press the “*” on the speaker to play/pause the music.
DISCONNECTING BLUETOOTH SPEAKER
press and hold the play and pause button, and Bluetooth will be disconnected.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Unable to pair with a Bluetooth device: check that you do not have an audio cable connected to the Aux in the socket. Ensure that you are within range of the wireless Speaker for wireless functionality, 10 meters or less (33 feet or less). Check that the device you are attempting to pair with supports ADP stereo audio transmission.

- Do not clean the Stone 260 when it is being charged. Always unplug the charger first before cleaning the Stone 260.
Automobile Accident Hazard
Do not leave or store the Stone 260 or any of its accessories near or over
vour automobile’s airbag because serious injury may result when an airbag
deploys.
CAUTION
- Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean your Stone 260 because this could cause scratches and damage.
- Do not bring your Stone 260 into contact with any sharp objects because this could cause scratches and damage.
- Do not insert anything into your Stone 260 unless otherwise specified in the user instructions. This may damage the internal components.
- Do not attempt to repair, modify, or disassemble your Stone 260 yourself, it does not contain any user-serviceable components.
- Do not attempt to replace your Stone 260 battery, it is built-in and is not changeable
- Observe all signs and displays that require an electrical device or RF radio product to be switched in the designated area
- Turn off your Stone 260 before boarding an aircraft. Do not use Stone 260 inside an aircraft unless allowed by your airline.
- Dispose of the Stone 260 and the Stone 260’s battery by local regulations. Do not dispose of the battery with regular household waste.
