Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Positioning and Installation

  1. Choose a suitable position to place the water gauge display.
  2. Ensure that there is access to feed the wiring loom through the wall cavity or cupboard to the tank sender.
  3. Use the provided template to mark out the hole for the display unit.
  4. Carefully cut the internal wall, making sure not to damage any wall beams, wiring, or plumbing.
  5. Feed the wiring loom through the wall cavity to the senders.
  6. Remove the sticky tab backing from the display unit and attach it to the wall.

Step 2: Tank Calibration

If your installation differs from the standard tank height of 180mm and the sender is positioned halfway up the tank, follow the tank calibration procedure:

Triple Gauge Example:

  1. Drain the water out of the tanks that you wish to calibrate.
  2. Remove the front cover of the gauge board by pushing the wings outwards from the center.
  3. Locate the 6-position DIP switch and set the button on the front of the gauge board.

Tank Calibration Steps:

  1. Step 1: To set the tank as empty, slide the DIP switch in position 1 to ON and press the SET button until the 2 bottom LCD needles on the gauge flash. Make sure to return the DIP switch to OFF when done.
  2. Step 2: To set the tank as full, fill the water tank to its maximum capacity, slide the DIP switch in position 2 to ON, and press the SET button until the top two LCD needles on the gauge flash. Make sure to return the DIP switch to OFF when done.

For C Tank, use switches 3 and 4 for empty and full calibration respectively. For R Tank, use switches 5 and 6 for empty and full calibration respectively.
If you make a mistake or want to reset a tank to the factory settings, simply slide both the EMPTY and FULL DIP switches to ON for the tank you wish to reset (e.g., DIP position 1 + 2). Press and hold the SET button until all the gauge needles flash ON and OFF.
To reset the gauge to default factory settings, set all DIP switches to ON and press and hold the SET button until all gauge needles flash ON and OFF.
