Precautions:

Disassembly and Cleaning Maintenance
- Step 1: Hold the base and pump body, forcefully pull them in opposite directions to separate the base.
- Step 2: Use a flathead screwdriver to pry open the four clips on the impeller guard cover, and open the water impeller housing
- Step 3: Pull out the rotor wheel for maintenance and cleaning.
- Step 4: Unscrew the water nozzle.
- Step 5: Firmly grip the bottom of the water pump, and pull it outwards with force to open the pump housing.
- Step 6 : After completing the cleaning and maintenance, reassemble the water pump in the reverse order of 5) 4. 3. 2. and (1)
Common troubleshooting methods for water pumps.
- Loud noise: Lack of water, the pump should be fully submerged in water to reduce noise; Internal impurities, timely cleaning of internal impurities is required.
- Reduced water flow: Inlet blocked by impurities, clean it promptly; Water flow adjustment switch not set to maximum; Connected water pipe is bent or tangled.
- The hose is bent and kinked: soak it in boiling water to restore its normal condition.
- Frequent shutdown or overheating: Inlet blocked by debris causing overheating protection; Lack of water causing overheating protection.
Operating instructions
- Open the packaging, remove the water pump, and inspect for any damage to the pump or any breakage in the power cord.
- Choose a suitable water hose and connect it to the nozzle. Secure the pump in place using suction cups. Plug in the power supply to start operation. For initial use, ensure the pump is fully submerged.
- When different water flow rates are needed, adjust the flow control switch. Flow rates may vary depending on the size of the nozzle.
- Regularly clean the water pump to prevent debris buildup, which can cause inlet blockage and increased noise during operation.
- Different models of water pumps have specific maximum submersion depths determined by their maximum head and power cord length. For instance, the AC-750 pump has a maximum head of 1 meter and a corresponding maximum submersion depth of 1 meter.
Tip: If the tubing is kinked or bent upon opening the package, you can boil it or soak it in boiling water for a few minutes to restore its normal condition!
