APP Download and Connection
APP Download
Download and install the “iBliss” application from the App Store or Google
Play. You can also scan the QR code an the right for download.
Before Use
Open the charging case and take out both earphones. When you take them out,
you will hear a power-on prompt, and the blue light will stay on for one
second, indicating that the earphones are powered on.
Pairing
When the earphones is power on for the first time, it will automatically enter the Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Before pairing, please turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and take out both earphones;
- Connect to BLE Bluetooth: “Click to connect” on the homepage of iBlissAPP, search for the headset device, and select the headset to connect;
- Connect to Audio Bluetooth: When the APP prompts with the Device Connection Guide” pop up, tap “Connect.” It will redirect you to the “System Bluetooth” page. Tap
to pair, and establish a successful Bluetooth connection with the earphones.
Note: After the APP is connected to the BLE Bluetooth, it needs to be
paired again in the mobile phone system Bluetooth, and the Bluetooth
connection of the headset is considered successful.
When powered on again, the earphones will automatically reconnect to the last
connected device.

When you place the earphones into the charging case, they will automatically
power off and start charging.

- Connect the charging case to a Type-C charging cable;
- The current battery level will be displayed during charging, and it will show 100% when charging is complete.

Notes
- If only one earphone produces sound, please unpair them in your phone’s Bluetooth settings. Then, take both earphones out of the charging case together and pair them again to solve the problem.
- Please ensure a safe charging environment. When the display shows fully charged, please disconnect the charging case from the charging cable to prevent any damage from prolonged charging,
- When listening to music, please adjust the volume to a safe level to avoid long-term hearing damage from high volume.
- Keep away from areas with strong sources of interference as they may disrupt the signal of the earphones.
- To ensure the optimal functionality of these earphones, it is recommended to avoid using them in corrosive environments.
- If the earphones cannot be found in the Bluetooth list during the search, please turn off the Bluetooth of the earphones and try searching again.
- When the charging box is out of power, it will be impossible to control the shutdown of the headset, the headset will automatically connect to the Bluetooth of the mobile phone. By charging the charging box or turning off the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, the headset will automatically shut down after 10 minutes without connecting to the device.
