LED STRIP REPLACEMENT
Disassembly Process

1. Unscrew (3) screws on bottom base

2. Remove bottom base

3. Unscrew (2) machine screws from LED housing

4. Remove acrylic cover XT850-LED • LED STRIP REPLACEMENT
   Disassembly Process

5. Remove LED Strip from LED housing

6. Unscrew (2) machine screws from LED housing

7. Remove LED housing

8. Exposed LED strip after removal from LED housing.

9. De-solder LED strip

Replacement Process

1. Solder new LED strip and test before inserting into LED housing

2. Insert LED strip into housing

3. Screw in (2) machine screws to secure LED housing

4. Remove paper backing from LED and press strip into LED housing

5. Apply sealant along outer edge of LED housing before reattaching acrylic. We recommend 3M™ Marine Grade Silicone Sealant. The technical data sheet can be found at this link: 3M Marine Silicone Sealant
   

6. Reattach acrylic cover to LED housing

7. Apply sealant between LED housing and main enclosure to seal.

8. Reattach dispersion plate

9. Final testing after reassembly
