How to connect

  1. Please keep the distance between the open headset and the mobile phone (or other connected devices) within 1 meter, the closer the better;
  2. Open the lid of the charging case, take out the L/R headphones and automatically pair, the pairing time is 3~5 seconds, prompt slow flashing, wait Connect open devices; If the pairing is not successful for 3 minutes, please turn off the computer.
  3. Turn on the user’s mobile phone open function (or other open devices), search or scan, at this time the mobile phone will search for nearby open device, click on the searched headset name: A1, after successful connection, you can make a mobile phone call at this time, listen to songs;

Earphone operation mode

(power on and pairing)

Boot up| 1. Open the lid of the charging case, take out the L/R earbuds, and automatically turn on and pair automatically.

2. L/R ear press and hold for 3 seconds .

Shut down| 1. After the earphone L/R is placed in the charging case, it will automatically turn off.

2. L/R ear press and hold for 5 seconds and the device is invalid after connecting.

(call control)

Call answer Press 1 times (L/R) on the touch area to answer the call.
Call hang up Press 1 times (L/R) to touch area to hang up the phone.
Incoming call rejection The ear lever long presses and holds for 3 seconds

(L/R) to touch area to reject incoming calls.
Voice assistants| Click on the right ear three times in a row

(playing music)

Play / Pause Press 1 times (L/R) on the touch area.
Previous piece Press 1 times (L) on the touch area.
Next track Press 1 times (R) on the touch area.
Game mode Click the right ear 3 times in a row to enter game mode.
Volume + Long press the right ear to increase the volume.
Volume – Long press the left ear to decrease the volume.

Charging instructions

  1. When the charging compartment is low on power, the green light flashes, please charge it in time.
  2. Connect one end of the USB charging cable to the Type-C charging input port of the charging compartment and the other end to the USB port of the power adapter. The orange light blinks when the charging compartment is charging, and the orange light is always on when it is fully charged.
  3. When the left and right ear is low on battery, it will report a low battery tone. Please put the headset into the charging compartment and close the cover to charge. When charging the green light is always on, fully charged green light off.
  4. When the headphone charging interface has foreign objects and poor contact, please use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to gently wipe clean the headphone charging interface.

Troubleshooting

  1. Unable to boot.

    Make sure the front end (e.g., Bluetooth) is open properly.

  4. Headphone volume is low.
