Safety precautions
These precautions are important for safe usage. Be sure to follow them and use
the product correctly.
The following symbols are used to indicate important safety instructions for
the use of the product.

• This product is classified as Class I Equipment and must be grounded.
•Install this equipment so that its power breaker is accessible.
•Individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities (including children) need to use this product under adult supervision. Patients with heart disease should use it with caution.
•When installing, new hose components and other accompanying components should be used. Old hose components cannot be reused, otherwise it may cause water leakage.
WARNING
| Do not touch the connection of power cord with wet hands.
• Doing so may cause electrical shock.
Do not pour water or detergent on the product body or power plug.
• Doing so may cause fire, electrical shock, heat or short circuit.
• Doing so may cause the product to crack resulting in injury or water damage.
Do not disassemble, repair, or alter the product on your own.
• Doing so may cause fire, electrical shock, overheating, short circuit or breakdown.
Do not install the product on mobile vehicles, such as caravans or ships.
• Doing so may cause fire, electric shock, short circuit or malfunction.
• The toilet seat, toilet lid, main unit, or other parts may come loose and fall off, resulting in injury
WARNING
| Do not use the product if a malfunction occurs.
• In case of breakdown or other problems, be sure to cut off power by flipping the power switch to OFF.
Close the water shutoff valve to stop water supply. Possible malfunctions:
−Water is leaking from a pipe or the main unit.
−The product is cracked or broken.
−The product makes a strange noise or emits a strange odor.
−The product emits smoke.
−The product is abnormally hot.
−The toilet seat cushion is out of place.
• Continued use after malfunction could cause a fire, electric shock, heat, short circuit, injury or water damage.
Do not use other water then allowed by the laws and ordinances of the region of use. Only use drinking water.
Do not use seawater or recycled water.
• Doing so may cause irritation to the skin and malfunction.
Do not touch the power cord during thunderstorms.
• Doing so may cause electrical shock.
Do not allow the water supply hose to touch the connection of power cord.
• Doing so may cause condensation resulting in a fire, electrical shock, heat or a short.
Do not do anything that may damage the power cord.
Do not strike, yank, twist, excessively bend, damage, alter, bind, pinch, or heat the power cords. Also, do not place anything heavy on.
• Using a damaged power cord may result in a fire, electrical shock, heat or short.
Do not use any power supply other than the one specified. (Specified power supply: AC 120V/1300W/60Hz)
• Doing so may cause fire or excessive heat.
To reduce the danger of burns, death from electric shock, fire or other human injury:
-Never operate this product if it has a damaged power cord or power connecting part.
-Never block the air openings of the product or place it on a soft surface.
-Never use it while sleepy or drunk.
-Never drop or insert anything into any opening or hose.
-Do not use it outdoors where aerosol (spray) products are being used.
Do not stick a finger or anything else into the warm air outlet.
Do not place anything on the warm air outlet or drape clothes over it.
• Doing so may cause burns, electrical shock or malfunction.

Refrain from sitting on the seat for long periods.
• It may cause low-temperature burns.
To prevent the following persons from getting a moderate temperature burn during use, other person should turn off the toilet seat heater.
-Children and kids, the aged and other users unable to set the temperature
appropriately themselves.
-Patients, physically disabled and others who do not have freedom of movement.
−Those using any medicines that cause drowsiness (sleeping or cold medicine),
those who have been drinking heavily, anyone severely fatigued and anyone else liable to fall asleep.
Do not cut the string that connects the main unit and base plate.
• Doing so may cause fire, electrical shock, overheating, short circuit or breakdown.
****| To reduce the danger of burns, death from electric shock, fire or other human injury:
−Close supervision is necessary when this product is used by or near children or invalids.
−Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use accessories not recommended by the manufacturer.
−Keep the power cord away from heated surfaces.
−Connect this product to a properly grounded the power supply unit only.
This is an electrical product. Do not install it anywhere water is likely to get
on the product or anywhere with humidity high enough that water is likely to form When using the product in a bathroom, install a fan or ventilation port and
ensure good air flow through the bathroom.
• Failure to do so may cause fire or electrical shock Always connect the product to the cold water supply.
• Connecting to hot water supply may result in burns and equipment damage. Check that the power cord is connected correctly.
• Failure to do so may cause fire, heat or short circuit. (When installing this product, observe the local laws and regulations regarding installation.)
If the power cord is damaged, avoid danger by having the manufacturer’s repair department or equivalent specialist replace it.
Before carrying out maintenance or inspection, be sure to turn off the power supply

CAUTION
| Do not use the product if the main unit is unstable.
• Doing so may cause the main unit to come loose and fall, resulting in injury. If the product is damaged, do not touch the damaged section.
• Doing so may cause electrical shock or injury.
Do not apply strong force, mechanical shock, step on or stand on the toilet seat, toilet lid or main unit.
• Doing so may cause cracking or cause the main unit to come loose and fall, resulting in injury.
Do not lift up this product by the toilet seat or lid.
• Doing so may cause the main unit to come loose and fall, resulting in injury Switch the breaker on the distribution board to OFF.
When maintaining the plastic parts (main unit etc.) or the water supply hose,
use a neutral kitchen detergent diluted with water. Do not use any of the following. Toilet cleaner, household cleaner, benzene, paint thinner, powdered cleanser or nylon scrubbing brush.
• These items may damage or crack the plastic and cause injury or malfunction.
• These items could damage the water supply hose and cause a water leak. To prevent a sudden water leak, do not remove the water filter drain valve when the shutoff valve is open.
• Doing so will cause water to spurt out.
Do not fold or crush the water supply hose; do not damage by cutting with a sharp object.
• Doing so may cause water leaks.
Do not install the base plate, which is not attached.
• Doing so may cause damage.
If a water leak should occur, always close the shutoff valve.
When the ambient temperature is likely to drop to 0 °C or lower, prevent damage to the pipes and hoses due to freezing.
• Frozen water pipes could cause the main unit and the pipes to break, resulting in a water leak.
• Regulate the room temperature to prevent the pipes and hoses from freezing during cold months.
• Drain the water.
When not using the product for a long time, close the shutoff valve, drain the water from the main unit and water supply hose
• When using the product again, allow the product to refill with water first. Otherwise, the water in the tank might become contaminated and cause skin inflammation or other problems.
• Leaving the power on may cause fire or heat.
When installing the water filter drain valve, make sure that it is securely tightened in its proper position.

Installation ways
Precaution before installation
- Ensure that the water pressure range of the inlet is between 0.05 and 0.75Mpa.
- Be sure to use the original accessories and consumables.
- Please do not switch on the power until the installation is completed to avoid failure
Method of mounting base
- Draw the fixing plate from the machine
- Install the accessories as shown in the diagram
- Remove the existing toilet seat/lid. Put the expansion screw rubber into the toilet mounting hole.
- Put the fixing plate, adjustment pad and adjustment sheet metaorderly on the toilet.
- After fixing tighten the screws
Installation method
Pressing the buckle while aligning the bidet to both sides of the fixing
plate, and push along the arrow direction. The lock catch makes a “click”
sound, indicating that the installation is complete.
Disassembly method
Unplug the power cord and DMT tube first, pressing the buckle while pull out
the bidet from the fixing plate.
Connection of external water pipes
ATTENTION
- When testing the smart toilet bidet for the first time after installation, please make sure to open the water supply valve first and then power it on.
- If the blue light keeps flashing, please unplug the plug for 30 seconds, turn on the water source, and then connect the power to restore normal operation.
- Close the water supply valve.
- Connect the three-way valve to the water tubing under the toilet tank.
- Connect the smallest end of the three-way valve with DMT pipe.
- Connect the other end of the DMT pipe with the inlet hole of the bidet.
- Open the water supply valve to supply water.
- Check to ensure no water leakage at all connections.
Replace filter
- Tum off water supply
- Unplug connecting pipe at both side of the filter
- Replace the new filter
- Plug connecting pipe into the filter.
Expendable parts
It is suggested to replace the water filter every 4-6 months.
(Replacement period depends on water quality)
Operation instruction
Note: If remote controller can not use at begin, please pair the remote
controller as below instruction.
Pair method: Keep press rotary knob for 5 seconds till heard “Beep” sound, and
screen start flashing, then press any button on the remote controller, heard
“Beep” sound and screen stop flashing, pair succeed.
Hip wash
When the body is seated and this button is pressed, the nozzle will protrude
and spray water towards the rear. Press again, and the nozzle will
automatically move back and forth like a massage, for a pleasant oscillating
washing experience.
Wash woman
Pressing this button will start cleaning the front for women, lasting for 2
minutes. Press this button again during the cleaning process, and the spray
will move forward and backward for oscillating cleaning. Pressing the “Water
Adjust” during cleaning will adjust the water pressure. Press “Stop” at any
time to complete flushing.
Dry
Press this button will start warm air drying which will last 5 minutes or stop
automatically after user left. Press “Dry Temp” to adjust the warm air
temperature. There are 5 levels from room temperature to 102’F.
Auto
Press this button the nozzle cleans itself for 2 seconds.
The whole process as follows: hip washing 30s, then oscillating cleaning 30s,
then drying 3 minutes. Press Bidet(or Wash Women) button before auto, the
flushing will be feminine wash.
Kids
This function is designed for kids. Press this button, the whole process as
follows: hip washing 15s, then oscillating cleaning 15s, then drying 2
minutes. The water pressure is lower than adults. This function is still
workable if kids body not in seat sensor area.
Stop
All currently operating functions will stop by press this button
Lighting/Enema
When body stood up and press this button the light on/off. When body seated
and press this button activates the turbo wash with intensive water pulsation
to help defecation.
Eco/Long press
Power button Press to activate the 8-hour ECO mode, which will reduce energy
consumption. ECO mode will automatically turn off after 8 hours or when
sitting on the toilet. Press and hold the button to turn off the power of the
remote control.

Trial operation
Note: Turn on the water source first, then turn on the power.
First preparation
- The flashing of the panel water temperature light and/or night light indicates that the product is not connected to water. Please put down the bidet cover, open the water supply valve, turn off the power, and then turn it on again. Do not perform any operation during the reset. Use it after 3min when the night light no longer flashes.
- After finished connection of water supply, open the angle valve and switch on the power. The nozzle will come out which is the self inspection process.
- It is normal for the nozzle to delay spraying for 10-15 seconds for the first time.
Function confirmation
- Please check each function according to the manual
- Switch on the power and put a wet towel on sensor area After one minutes, the water will be heated as set temperature and the warm air will work when you press the drying key.
- When there is no power supply, no function can work.
MAINTENANCE
Main body cleaning
- Clean with foam rubber or soft dry cloth with mild detergent.
- Note: Do not use thinner, detergent, chemical, pesticide, reodorant to wipe
Nozzle cleaning
- Press bidet or posterior wash button” when nobody seated so that the nozzle will come out. Then clean it with toothbrush or soft cloth.
- Please don’t over pull the nozzle. Press the stop button after finished cleaning so that the nozzle will go back automatically.
- Please do not reset in the removing condition.
Please drain when not in use for a long time
- Stop the power supply, water supply, lift up and pull out the product
- Screw out the drainage screw and drain out water.
- Put the drainage screw back.
Technical parameter
Note Please stop the water supply if the power is suddenly off on the process of using. The product will run self-checking system and recover after power on.
To avoid freezing of DMT pipes/three-way valves due to low winter temperatures, please take the following antifreeze measures:
- Raise indoor temperature.
- Close the water supply valve.
- Drain the water from the DMT pipe.
