Product Usage
Setting up with PC
- Right-click on the speaker icon in the taskbar and select “Open Sound settings”.
- In the Sound settings window, click on “Sound control panel”.
- In the Playback tab, set the default playback device to “HyperX Cloud II Core Wireless”.
- In the Recording tab, set the default recording device to “HyperX Cloud II Core Wireless”.
Setting up with PlayStation 5
- Go to the home page and select “Settings”.
- In the Settings menu, select “Sound” and then “Microphone”.
- Set the input device to “USB Headset HyperX Cloud II Core Wireless”.
- Set the audio output device to “USB Headset HyperX Cloud II Core Wireless”.
- Set the output to headphones option to “All Audio”.
Power Button
Press the power button to turn the headset on or off. The status LED will
automatically turn off to conserve battery life.
Volume Wheel
Scroll up and down on the volume wheel to adjust the volume level of the
headset.
Charging
It is recommended to fully charge your headset before first use. Connect
the USB-C charge cable to the USB-C charge port on the headset and the other
end to a power source. The status LED will indicate the charging status.
Mic Mute / Mic Monitoring Button
Press the mic mute/mic monitoring button to toggle microphone monitoring
on/off. This allows you to hear your own voice through the headset.
HyperX NGENUITY Software
Download the INGENUITY software from hyperx. gg/ingenuity. This software
provides various features such as DTS Headphone:X, adjustable EQ settings,
adjustable auto shut-off behavior, and battery level indicators.

Usage
Connect the wireless adapter to your device 2. Power on the headset
- Connect the wireless adapter to your device
- Power on the headset

- Power on/oF – Hold the button for 3 seconds to power the headset on/oF
- Battery level status – Press the button to see the battery level status on the status LED o The status LED will automatically turn off to conserve battery life

Scroll up and down to adjust the volume level
Mic mute/mic monitoring button
- Mic mute toggle – Press the button to turn the mic mute on\off
- Mic monitoring toggle – Hold button for 3 seconds to toggle mic monitoring on/off

1. How do I connect the wireless adapter to my device?
To connect the wireless adapter, simply plug it into a USB port on your device.
2. How do I check the battery level of the headset?
The status LED on the headset indicates the battery level. It will flash green and red every 0.2 seconds while searching for a wireless connection, breathe green when the battery level is between 90% and 100%, blink green when the battery level is between 10% and 90%, and blink red when the battery level is less than 10%.
3. Can I use the headset at high volumes for extended periods of time?
No, it is not recommended to use the headset at high volumes for extended periods of time as it can cause permanent hearing damage.
