Headset Overview
The Jabra Step Wireless headset features a GelHookTM Eargel, a micro-USB
charging port, an LED indicator, volume up and down buttons, and a multi-
function button with a microphone.

How to Wear
To achieve optimal fit and comfort, choose between the 3 included Eargel
sizes.
Changing Eargels
To change the Eargels, simply remove the current ones and replace them with
the desired size.
Using the GelHookTM
The GelHookTM provides optimal fit and stability. Make sure to position it
securely in your ear for a comfortable wearing experience.
How to Charge the Battery
To charge the headset, gently pull open the charging cover on the right
earbud to expose the micro-USB port. Plug the USB cable into the headset and
connect it to your PC. It takes approximately 2.5 hours to fully charge the
headset.
How to Connect
When turned on for the first time, the headset will automatically attempt
to connect to any mobile phone with Bluetooth enabled. To connect, select the
Jabra Step from the list of Bluetooth devices on your mobile phone.
To Connect to a New or Second Mobile Phone:
- Ensure Bluetooth is turned on your mobile phone.
- Press and hold the Multi-function button on the headset for 5 seconds until the LED rapidly flashes blue.
- Select the Jabra Step from the list of Bluetooth devices on your mobile phone to connect.
Note: If two mobile phones have been connected to the Jabra Step Wireless, you may need to select which phone will be used for calls/music. Open the Bluetooth menu on the desired mobile phone and select the Jabra Step Wireless from the list of devices.
How to Use
The Jabra Step Wireless headset allows you to control calls and music using
its various buttons and features. The GelHookTM Eargel ensures a secure fit,
and the micro-USB charging port is used for charging the headset.

- On/off: Press and hold the Multi-function button for 3 seconds until the LED flashes.
- Play/pause music: Tap the Multi-function button.
