Connections
Charging
Fully charge the TW Cradle and Earphones before first use by connecting to
power supply for up to 2.5 hours. The Charging Cradle will supply over 2 full
earphone charges.
Controls
Power On/Off
The TW-series earphones will power on automatically when removed from the
Charging Cradle. If the earphones are off due to auto-timeout (5 minutes), you
can also press and hold the Touch Sensor for 3 seconds to turn them back on.
To turn off the earphones, return them to the Charging Cradle.
Audio:
PLAY/PAUSE
Double-tap the Touch Sensor of the left or right earphone to play or pause
your audio .
PREVIOUS TRACK/NEXT TRACK
Press and hold the left earphone for 2 seconds to go to the previous track.
Press and hold the right earphone for 2 seconds to go to the next track.
Phone:
Answer/Hang-up
Double-tap the left or right earphone to answer an incoming phone call, or to
hang-up.
Reject Incoming Call
Press and hold the left or right earphone for 2 seconds to reject an incoming
call.
Voice Assistant
Triple-tap the left or right earphone to activate your phone’s voice assistant
feature.
Reset: Must be in Pairing Mode – turn off your audio device’s Bluetooth
when performing.
TW1
Press and hold the left or right earphone for 6 seconds.
TW2
Tap the left or right earphone 6x in 1.5 seconds.
Pairing
- Remove the TW from the Charging Cradle.
- Begin searching for Bluetooth devices from your audio source.
- Select “TWS KICKER” to pair.

Fitment
Insert earphone, and gently turn while pushing. If fitment is unsatisfactory, please try a different ear tip (TW2)
WARNING
Exposure to excessive sound levels can cause permanent hearing damage. Keep
out of reach of children. The content of this package includes small parts and
cords that can cause choking or strangulation. If an earphone or earphone tip
becomes lodged in the ear canal, seek professional medical assistance for its
removal. Never pull on the cord to remove the earphones. Use a low twisting
motion to remove from ear.

Troubleshooting
TW is unresponsive or will not power on:
- Check that the battery is fully charged by connecting the TW Charging Cradle to a known-good power source with the TW earphones inside. Allow the TW to charge for at least 2.5 hours with the cradle lid closed. The earphone battery is full when the battery status LED turns off (TW2 only).
- Reset the TW1 by pressing and holding the touch sensor for 6 seconds. Reset the TW2 by tapping the touch sensor 6x in 1.5 seconds.
TW will not pair or connect:
- If you have previously paired your device with the TW, then please ‘Unpair’ or ‘Forget this Device’ per the instructions for your audio device.
- Turn on the TW earphones with your audio device in Bluetooth Scanning mode. Make sure your audio device is scanning or in ‘discovery mode’, then select TWS KICKER.
Device paired and connected, but volume is low or inaudible:
Check the volume output level of your audio device.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
