Assembly Instructions
- Remove contents from the carton.
- Turn the seat upside down. Place the leg section marked with a B into the groove on the bottom of the seat.
- Place leg section A on top of section B and secure both in place by inserting the shorter thumb screw through the middle hole.
- Note: Seat depth can be adjusted by choosing one of the two holes on the frame supports.
- Insert legs into leg frames by depressing push pins, sliding legs over the receptacle, and setting them to the desired height. Make sure all the legs are set to the same height.
- Assemble the backrest by taking the L-shaped backrest supports and securing them to the backrest using the shorter thumb screws.
- Attach the backrest to the seat by aligning the holes on L-shaped frame supports with the holes on the leg sections. Secure in place using the longer thumb screws, paying attention to the rear of the seat marked on the bottom of the chair.

- Before use, adjust the height of each leg to your specific needs, making sure all legs are at the same height.
- When the desired height is reached, lock the legs into place by aligning the buttons into the proper holes, as shown in the illustration.
- To ensure the legs are locked into place, push down on or pull the legs.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Remove contents from carton.

Turn seat up-side-down.
Place the leg section marked with a “B” into the groove on the bottom of the seat. Place leg section “A” on top of section “B” and secure both in place by inserting the shorter thumb screw through the middle hole as shown below.

Assemble backrest by taking the “L” shaped backrest supports and securing them to the back rest using the shorter thumb screws as shown below.

Attach backrest to the seat by aligning holes on “L” shaped frame supports with the holes on the leg sections. Secure in place using the longer thumb screws, making sure to pay attention to the “rear” of the seat marked on the bottom of the chair.
NOTE: Seat depth can be adjusted by chosing 1 of the 2 holes on the frame supports. -
Insert legs into leg frames by depressing push pins, sliding legs over the receptacle and setting to desired height. Make sure all the legs are set to the same height.

ADDITIONAL PRECAUTIONS
- Inspect all parts for shipping damage before assembly. If there is shipping damage – DO NOT USE. Contact dealer/carrier for further instructions.
- Make certain that the height adjusting snap buttons fully protrude through the same respective hole of each leg extension. This will ensure that the leg extensions are securely locked in position and an even height is achieved. Ensure ALL thumb screws are tightened.
- Check the rubber tips on the leg extensions for rips, wear or if they are missing. Immediately replace any or all if any of these imperfections exist.
- All four leg extensions with rubber tips MUST touch the floor simultaneously at all times.
- When used in a tub, make certain the rubber tips are not touching the sides of the tub wall.
- DO NOT stand on chair.
NOTE: To maintain the beauty of the original finish, clean with mild soap
and rinse with warm water. Wipe bath seat dry after each use.
