If you have the adapter (A2) simply tuck the end with the wings into one of the two holes in part (B) and secure the adapter in place by bending the wings as in the right image below. Repeat with the second adapter (A2).
- Remove the decorative grilles from the front and top of the pellet stove using a screwdriver. Save the screws and the grilles for step 7, before starting to assemble the hot air plenum.
- Place the hot air plenum adapter (C) on top of the pellet stove in the holes provided for this purpose.
- Secure the plenum adapter to the pellet stove using the lock nuts (F) provided with this manual using a ratchet wrench with a 7/16” socket or simply a 7/16” wrench.
- Cut the hot air plenum (not included) to the desired length while respecting the clearances to combustible materials indicated below then attach it to the outlet adapter installed in step 5 using 4 self-tapping screws perforating (E). Then attach the plenum outlet adapter, assembled in step 2, to the top of the plenum using 4 self-drilling screws (E).
- IF YOU OWN THE 2ND GENERATION ECO-65 (#2980 and above), GO TO SECTION 8. Install the plate (D), provided in the accessory box, on the front of the device. To secure it, replace the decorative grille on the front of the appliance and secure it using the screws kept in step 3.
