Warnings:

  • Turn the unit off before any cleaning or maintenance.
  • Do not use the unit if the POWER SUPPLY is damaged.
  • Use only the POWER SUPPLY that comes with the unit.
  • Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
  • Do not handle the unit with wet hands.
  • Do not operate this unit in areas with flammable or combustible products or vapors present.

Cautions:

  • Leave at least 1 inch of open space behind the unit for air flow.
  • If your unit fails to turn on, contact your dealer or service center for repair or replacement.

Product Usage Instruction

Installation
Please inspect your pureAir 250 & Power Supply for damage prior to use.

  1. Find a suitable location to set up your 250. An ideal location is on a tabletop or shelf.
  2. Plug the POWER SUPPLY into the nearest OUTLET.
  3. Insert the POWER SUPPLY into the REAR PLUG on the unit.
  4. Press the POWER/FAN BUTTON to turn the unit on. The unit’s original setting is in LOW MODE with LOW FAN SPEED.

Operation

Purification Control
Press the PURIFIER BUTTON to cycle between Low Mode and High Mode.

Fan Speed
Press the POWER/FAN BUTTON to cycle through Power On, Fan Speed 1, Fan Speed 2, and Power Off.

Cleaning
To keep your pureAir 250 working at peak efficiency, clean your rear filter every month.

  1. Turn your pureAir 250 OFF.
  2. Remove the POWER SUPPLY from your unit.
  3. Press the REAR TAB up and remove the FILTER COVER PLATE.
  4. Remove the FILTERS.
  5. Wash the FILTERS under warm water.
  6. Let the FILTERS air dry.
  7. Wipe the REAR PANEL, FILTER RECESS, and GRILL with a damp soft cloth.
  8. Replace the dry FILTERS in the REAR of the unit.
  9. Replace the FILTER COVER PLATE.
  10. Replace the POWER SUPPLY.

Maintenance
Your pureAir 250 requires no maintenance, aside from cleaning the rear filter when necessary. If your pureAir 250 stops working or you notice anything not functioning properly, turn the unit off immediately and remove the POWER SUPPLY. Contact your Dealer or GreenTech Environmental for further instructions regarding the repair or replacement of your unit.

Limited Warranty Information
Your pureAir 250 Small Room Air Purifier (Product) is warranted to be free from all defects in material and workmanship in normal household use for a period of 1 Year from date of purchase. The warranty is granted only to the original purchaser. The warranty is subject to the following provisions:

Likewise, any defects or damages caused by unauthorized service or the use of other than Genuine GreenTech Environmental Parts are not covered. GreenTech Environmental will, at its option, repair or replace a defective Product or part(s) for the Product that is/are covered by this warranty. As a matter of warranty policy, GreenTech Environmental will not refund the customer’s purchase price.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
To obtain warranty service you must return the defective product along with proof of purchase to a GreenTech Environmental Authorized Service Center. All shipping costs submitted under this Warranty shall be borne by the purchaser. Unless this Warranty is expressly renewed or extended by GreenTech Environmental, any repaired or replaced part of the product shall be warranted to the original purchaser only for the length of the unexpired portion of the original warranty. Before any product is sent for service, the customer should contact the GreenTech Environmental Service Center to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This RMA Number should be written on the box before shipping. All components/parts including the remote (if applicable), power adapter, and original packaging should be included in the return if available.

FURTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS
Any warranty that may be implied in connection with your purchase or use of the Product, including any warranty of merchantability or any warranty for Fitness For A Particular Purpose is limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Your relief for the breach of this warranty is limited to the relief expressly provided above. In no event shall GreenTech Environmental be liable for any consequential or incidental damages you may incur in connection with your purchase or use of the Product.
