INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Lamps should be installed by skilled technicians only. The manufacturer is not
responsible for damage caused by improper installation and service.
Follow these instructions to ensure a correct and safe installation, and keep
them for future reference. Always turn off the power before installation,
maintenance, or repair. Please ensure that you install this fitting to the
relevant regulations and if any doubt consult a qualified electrician or your
seller.
Always consider all technical specifications of the fitting written on the
packing box:
Max_W: Only use bulbs suitable for this fitting and keep them within the
maximum specified wattage.
IP: Degree of protection against external influences. You can find the
protection level on the label.
The minimum distance between the lamp and any material should always be
respected.
Make sure which earthing class is applicable and take care of the following:
Protection class I: The fitting has an earthing connection. The earth wire
(yellow/green) has to be connected to the clip marked with .
Protection class II: The fitting is double insulated so the ground/earth
connector must not be connected.
Protection class III: The fitting is only suitable for 12V supply.
Maintain the fitting with a dry cloth or brush. Do not use abrasives or
solvents. Avoid liquid on all electrical parts.
The bulbs can reach high temperatures during the use of the lamp. Let it cool
down before changing.
Change the bulbs only for identical bulbs (same type, capacity, and voltage
(see label)).
You should draw your attention to the fact that the materials used when
manufacturing the lamp are of natural origin and the following specification
should be noted.
Hand-blown glass may have air bubbles which are an indication of the high-
quality method of the product manufacturer.
Decorative sections made of wood can sometimes have color deviations or small
stains.
Since wood is a natural material, these small irregularities can appear very
frequently, but
they are no reason to claim since they indicate the naturalness of the wood.
The lamp’s components made of wire-brushed or varnished steel or iron may
exhibit inclusions in surface, discoloration, soldered joints, welding tracks,
or scratches which are characteristic of untreated steel and thus do not
dimmish the value of the lamp.
