Product Description
As the Internet of Things connection hub supporting the Matter protocol, the smart wired gateway Pro has local management and the ability of stable operation of multiple devices. It can connect devices such as home automation, smart energy and home security systems, and use mobile phones to remotely view or control devices, and it can diverse scene automation and provide users with convenient intelligent experience.

Preparation

Connect your mobile phone to the Wi-Fi network.
Connect your mobile phone and the gateway to the same network to ensure effective connectivity between them.

Download and open the App
Search for “Smart Life” in the App store or scan the QR code in the manual to download and install the App. Press the “Register” button register an account if this is your first time use; if you already have an account, press the “Login” button.

Add Device

Power on the gateway and connect it to the router through the network cable.

Ensure that both indicators of the gateway are on. (If reset is required, press and hold the reset button for more than 5s before releasing)

On the App’s Home page, Click the “+” in the upper right corner to add a device, click the code scanning entrance in the upper right corner to add a device, and point the mobile phone camera at the QR code on the devices for identification.

Add the device to the App as prompted

Add Sub-device
The sub-device can be added after the gateway is successfully added.
Please refer to the instructions on the APP to add the sub-device. -
Rest network
Press and hold the gateway button for more than 5 seconds to reset the , device. After the initialization of the device is completed, the device will on distribution network state again, and repeat the steps of [Add Device] -
Note:
1.Please ensure that your phone is connected to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network before adding a gateway.
2.In order to make the connection more smooth, please try to keep the phone close to the gateway and ensure that the phone and the gateway are in the same Wi-Fi network.
3.If the device fails to be added or is not in the distribution network state after power on, please press and hold the gateway button for more than 5 seconds to reset the device and add it again
