Food Water Activity Meter Tester Monitor with Software
We have professionally
calibrated the equipment before shipping, but due to the air environment, our
equipment is very sensitive, if the customer wants to be more accurate, you
can calibrate it yourself after receiving the goods. The calibration method is
very simple.
We offer you the following 2 options for calibration without the need to
purchase additional saturated salt solution.
Simple version
Simple calibration directly with mineral water, sealed and placed for above 4
hours.
If the test result is 0.98-1, there is no need to calibrate, you can use it
directly.
Precise version
Principle
5 grams of salt, 10 grams of water, sealed and placed for 1 day, and then
measured the results of 0.75, within the error range±0.02aw is normal.
Most important:
It does not matter if the instrument is turned off during the sealing test. If
it is turned off, please do not separate the instrument and the container. The
instrument and the container must be sealed together for 10-30 minutes or
1day. After 10-30 minutes, the calibrated value will show the correct value
when you turn on the instrument . Also i have the operation video of the

The operation way
Step 1：
Pour part of salt and part of water (purified water or distilled water is
required) Generally speaking, 100 ml of water with more than 36 grams of salt,
and salt particles are visible, is a saturated solution.
Step 2：
Stir evenly to a semi-melted state, and you can see salt particles. (This
semi-melted state is the correct saturated salt solution). In addition, after
the saturated salt solution is prepared, it needs to be sealed for one day
before use.
Step 3：
Put the saturated salt solution into the container and carry out the sealing
calibration measurement for 10-30 minutes.The range of readings result after
calibration is 0.75±0.02
Most important:
It does not matter if the instrument is turned off during the sealing test. If
