Chafing Dish Buffet Set

Before operating your new appliance, please read all instructions carefully and keep for future reference.

HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT

1. Carefully unpack the chafing dish and remove all chafing dish accessories. Remove the label on the stainless steel surface.
2. Place the chafing dish on a dry, clean and flat surface.
3. Before use, add 2 cups of water to the water pan of the chafer, the water level should just cover the bottom of the water pan.
4. Place the food pan above the well-filled water pan and add the food that needs to be heated. Note: Do not fill the food pan more than 3/4 full of food to avoid uneven heating or overflow when heating.
5. Cover with transparent lid and fix the lid in place according to the groove of the chafing dish.
6. Plug the power cord into a 110V power outlet. Make sure your power supply has the same voltage rating as the product setting.
7. Press the on/off button of the electric chafing dish, turn the temperature control knob to the desired heating level and leave the chafing dish to heat for 5-10 minutes.
8. Heat foods contained little or no liquid should be stirred occasionally.

NOTE:

1. Food placed in chafing dish should be cooked and hot.
2. Keep the lid in place and remove it only for adding food.
3. The chafing dish is designed to keep food warm only; it should not be used for cooking food

WARNING: Do not immerse the slow cooker base in water or other liquids.

CARE & STORING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Before cleaning, make sure the temperature control knob is turned to OFF, unplug the chafing dish, and wait for the base of the dish to cool.
2. You should allow the unit to cool completely before cleaning.
3. If necessary, use little quantity of good stainless steel cleaner to clean the difficult cleaning areas.
4. Wipe the surface of the chafing dish with dry cloth.
5. Wipe the inside of the water pan with damp cloth to remove surface stains.
6. The food pan and transparent lid can be rinsed with water and the food pan is dishwasher safe.
7. Keep the cleaned food tray, transparent lid and the base of the chafing dish with water pan in a cool, dry place to dry.

Note: To avoid drying out or spoiling, do not leave food in the chafing dish for long periods of time.

WARNING: Never clean or store the unit while it is very hot or still plugged in.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

1. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use pad properly.
2. To protect against electrical hazards, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or other liquid.
3. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children
5. Do not move the unit if it contains hot food, water,or liquids.
6. Unplug the appliance from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow the Chafing Dish to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
7. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner. Take the appliance to a qualified service dealer for examination and repairs.
8. A person who has not read and understood all operating and safety instructions is not qualified to operate this appliance. All users of this appliance must read and understand the instruction manual before operating or cleaning this appliance.
9. If this appliance falls or accidentally becomes immersed in water, unplug it from the wall outlet immediately. Do not reach into the water!
10. When using this appliance,provide adequate air space above and on all sides for air circulation.
11. Do not operate this appliance while it is touching or near curtains, wall covering, clothing, dishtowels or other flammable materials.
12. If this appliance begins to malfunction during use,turn the temperature control dial to OFF, and immediately unplug the power-supply cord. Do not use or attempt to repair the malfunctioning appliance The cord to this appliance should only be plugged into a 110V electrical wall outlet.
13. Do not use this appliance in an unstable position.
