Operating instructions
Notes on paper placement
- Long press the power button to turn on, and press” “the open lid button to open the lid, the power light and Error light on.
- Take out the transparent protective page.
- Insert the transfer paper with the yellow page facing up and the white page facing down, leaving a 1cm spacing at the paper outlet.
- After installing the transfer paper prepare your mobile phone(iOS or Android)to connect to the machine. Start printing the pattern you want.
The quality of the transfer paper will affect the printing effect. (The quality of the transfer paper is determined by the uniformity of the ink sheet.)

After downloading the app, turn on Bluetooth and WiFi and onnect to the printer. All other operations are the same as iOS.

This printer can be connected to a computer with the included Type-C to modify
data and connect to print. However, we do not recommend using a computer to
connect the machine to print, the effect of connecting the computer to print
is not as
clear as the phone connection to print, and the process is very complicated.
Because everyone’s computer system and program is different, the installation
of the printer driver is prone to bugs, and may not be normal in the computer
use of the error. Please understand clearly before you use it. Using a cell
phone for Bluetooth connection is more convenient and faster, easy to print
operation, please use your cell phone to connect to our printer. If you are in
great need of a computer to use this printer,please contact our official
technical team to send you a tutorial and software download address to connect
the computer to guide you to install it.
If you’re in trouble
Q: The default PIN for connecting to the printer is: “0000” but I entered “0000” or it shows a PIN error can not be connected, how do I solve it?
A: It may be due to the conflict between the program of the mobile phone and the printer, resulting in the confusion of the PIN program. Please contact our official technical team, and we will send you a tutorial to successfully modify the password connection.

Printing precautions
- It is recommended not to print in high-humidity and dusty areas.
- If the print head is too hot after printing, do not touch it directly.
- Do not touch the print head when changing print paper.
- To prevent static electricity from damaging the print head, do not touch the print head.
Precautions during charging
- Do not forcefully insert or remove the charging cable.
- Please disconnect the power after charging.
- Please use the original power cord to charge, otherwise the printer may overheat, catch fire, and burn out.
- Do not charge in high-temperature environments.
- If the wrong type of battery is replaced, there is a risk of explosion., It is prohibited to replace the battery without permission, as replacing the battery without permission will lose the warranty.
