Product Introduction:
This Cutter is designed to make clean, accurate cuts of copper, brass, aluminum, steel tubing and plastic pipe. Method:
- Loosen the feed knob counterclockwise to ensure that the middle of the cutter wheel and rolls can be placed in the cut tube.
- Place pipe or tube on Rolls and tighten the feed knob clockwise so that the tube is right in the middle of the rolls and cutter wheel. Keeping the wheel and the cutting surface of the tube 90° perpendicular. (Be careful not to tighten it too much at the beginning.)
- Copper, Other Metallic Tube.
Rotate the cutter around the tube, turning the Feed Knob slightly clockwise at the end of each turn (about 1/16th of a turn). Repeat until cutting is complete.
Maintenance:
Please apply machine oil on movable parts (Rolls, Ccutter Wheel, Feed Knob)
regularly.
