QUICK INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Install the filter

  2. Insert cigarettes

  3. Press switch 25 Warm up after vibration

  4. Wait for about 30 seconds to warm up, and after 2 vibrations, you can start smoking

  5. Hold the filter in your mouth and inhale slowly

PREPARATION BEFORE USE

Preparation Before

  1. Insert filter
    Prepare the filter and insert it into the top of the device

  2. Insert cigarette
    Select a cigarette according to the label on the device package. Insert the cigarette into the bottom smoke hole and stop inserting when resistance is felt. At this time, a part of the cigarette filter

START TO USE

Start To Use

PREHEATING: Long press the button for 2 seconds to start preheating, the device will have a vibration reminder, while the power indicator flashes white light.

SUCTION: You can start smoking after about 30 seconds of preheating, the device has a vibration reminder, power indicator light long bright white light.

COMING TO AN END: About 3 to 5 minutes later, the fuselage vibration reminds that the smoking is about to end, at this time you can also suck about 2 more.

If you need to stop using the device during the preheating or smoking passphrases and hold the button for 25. The device will stop heating when the device vibrates If no cigarette is inserted or the cigarette dropsduring heating, the device will stop heating.

Low battery condition
Press the function button once. If the power indicator is orange, it indicates that the device has low power and needs to be charged. Please use 5V/2A power supply to charge the device

CONNECT BLUETOOTH

After connecting the mini program, the coke filter protector can realize the functions of product verification, integral accumulation, harm reduction data viewing, baking temperature adjusting, etc.

  1. Use the QR code on the filter protector or the filter to open the the cryogenic applet.
  2. Press the function button once to turn on Bluetooth and follow the onscreen instructions
  3. When you open the applet again, if both Bluetooth and Filter Protector are enabled, the connection is automatically completed.

ABNORMAL REMINDER

If the battery indicator and the gear indicator blink for 10 timesandthe device vibrates for 10 times, it indicates that the devicis abnormal. Please contact WONZ after-sales service through thebuiltin enterprise micro customer service or the 400 hotline.

COMMON PROBLEMS

Q: Which cigarettes does E2 apply to?

Q: How to determine whether the filter element needs to be replaced?

A: If the color of the filter has become darker and the taste is no longer satisfactory, replace the filter

Q: Can the product be usedwhile charging?

A: The battery life will be severely affected by the use of charging, so theheating cannot be started during charging. Please charge first Then use

Q: Is there any ash produced during smoking?

Q: Can cigarettes be re-baked?

Q: Can I use it indoors? Will there be second-hand smoke?

A: Compared with lighting cigarettes, E2 can reduce a variety of toxic and harmful substances, indoor air has no smoke odor, and effectively reduce the harm of second-hand smoke and third-hand smoke. However, as long as smoking will be harmful, please do not smoke in non-smoking places

Q: Can I bring the E2 on board?

A: E2 is an ordinary household electronic product, the parts do not contain flammable components, can pass the security check. However, please be careful not to use it in the cabin or other non-smoking places

Matters needing attention

  • Please use the product according to this manual
  • E2 must be used with a special filter. The special filter should be stored in a cool and dark environment  and kept away from children. Do not swallow filter content
  • If you do not use the product for a long time, keep the device separate from the special filter
  • E2 is an electronic device, and its components are not waterproof. Do not soak
  • Use and store the product at room temperature.
  • Do not disassemble the product yourself
  • If the product does not work properly, or there is an abnormal high temperature, please stop using it immediately.

IMPORTANT NOTE

The whole product of the rmo-induced coke filter protector must be used with ordinary cigarettes. Do not use for minors, non-smokers and alcohol alleergic persons. Please use it reasonably according to your own situation and doctor’s suggestion. If any discomfort occurs, stop using it immediately. Do not use in non-smoking areas.

AFTER-SALES WARRANTY SERVICE

This after-sales service policy is formulated by Beijing WONZ Technology Co., Ltd., as the relevant service policy for returns, replacements, and repairs of WONZ devices and specialized filters between our company, authorized dealers, and retailers (referred to as “our company” or “we”) and consumers (referred to as “consumers” or “you”). To protect your rights, please purchase WONZ products from our company’s own channels, authorized dealers, and retailers, and keep the shopping receipts, invoices, and other purchase vouchers. If you encounter any after-sales issues while using our products, please contact us promptly, and we will resolve your after-sales issues according to this service policy.

  • Warranty description: When you discover any quality issues with WONZ devices or specialized filters, you can submit an after-sales service request to us according to the methods described in this service policy and provide the product in need of after-sales service for testing. If the test results determine that the product has quality issues not caused by human damage, we will provide you with the relevant after-sales service. The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase and receipt of the product. Please keep your product packaging and purchase vouchers properly.
  • Product returns: The free return period for WONZ devices and specialized filters with product quality issues is within 7 days from the date of purchase and receipt of the product. If the product experiences performance failure due to product quality issues within this period, please contact the place of purchase with the purchase voucher to ensure that the product is intact, and the packaging and accessories are complete. You can receive a refund based on the receipt price.
  • Free replacement: The replacement period for WONZ devices and specialized filters with product quality issues is within 15 days from the date of purchase and receipt of the product. If the product experiences performance failure due to product quality issues within this period, please contact the place of purchase with the purchase voucher to ensure that the product is intact, and the packaging and accessories are complete. You can receive a free replacement of the same model and specifications.
  • Product repairs: The repair period for WONZ devices and specialized filters with product quality issues is after 15 days from the date of purchase and within the warranty period. After our company’s inspection confirms that the product has not been disassembled privately or damaged by human factors, you can obtain repair services with the purchase voucher. When you choose repair, we will provide repair operations in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Non-quality issues: If our inspection results do not find any product quality issues or find that the product is damaged due to human factors or improper storage, we cannot provide return or free replacement services. However, you can apply for paid services.
  • Other situations not covered by free return, exchange, and warranty: Products not purchased from our company’s own or authorized channels; beyond the warranty period; damage caused by not following the product’s instructions for use, maintenance, and storage; disassembly or modifications by repairers not designated by our company for warranty; lack of valid purchase vouchers or warranty certificates (excluding those that can prove the product is within the warranty period); unauthorized alteration of warranty certificates; inconsistency between the product model or serial number on the warranty certificate and the actual product; damage caused by force majeure, and so on. For product damage in the above situations, you can choose whether we perform the repair. You will need to pay for the round-trip shipping costs and repair fees, which will be determined by us based on the product damage and repair costs.
