Precautions for use

  • The temperature display value of the transit box is the value at the temperature sensing probe in the display box.
Although the displayed temperature may differ from the actual temperature in the center of the transit box from time to time, it will gradually approach the actual temperature.

  • Clean the transit box with diluted neutral detergent. Brush, acid, gasoline, soap powder, polishing powder or hot water should not be used to clean the transit box, as the above materials may damage painted surfaces and plastic rubber parts. Be careful not to wipe plastic and rubber parts with volatile solvents such as gasoline.

  • Please reduce the time of opening the door as far as possible every time you access articles, so as not to cause large fluctuations in the temperature inside the box.
After the door is opened, the temperature inside the box will rise sharply for a short time, which is a normal phenomenon, and this situation will recover within a period of time after the door is closed.

  • Ice bank should be placed in a freezing environment and frozen for more than 4 hours and can only be used when they become solid. When in use, firstly put the load into the transit box behind precooler, or take the sensor out and sandwich it between precooling loads, then put the frozen ice bank into the upper layer.

  • If the transit box is equipped with an indicator, it can display the temperature inside the box. Please replace the battery of the same model in time in case the power is found to be insufficient.

Product features

Intended Use: This product is used to provide a short-term heat preservation environment for medical institutions to transit or temporarily store blood and products, vaccines, reagents, etc.
Structure and composition: This product consists of heat preservation box, cold storage agent, data recording system (optional) and relevant accessories.

  1. Temperature control
    • During the heat preservation in the transiting process, the temperature in the box meets the range of 2 to 1o.ºC
    • The temperature display accuracy in the box is 0.1 ºC

  2. Safety system
    • The door body adopts double-locking structure, which prevents it from being opened at will and ensures the safety of stored articles.
    • The box body adopts rotational molding box shell, which is resistant to bumping, suitable for transportation, and is filled with high-density foaming materials to enhance heat preservation performance.

  3. Refrigeration system
    • Passive refrigeration, conduct freezing treatment in advance when putting ice bank into the box;
    • Before transportation, in order to reduce the air temperature in the box, the box should be precooled at 2~6 t in advance. In case precooling cannot be made, take the sensor out and sandwich it between precooling loads during transportation to sense the load temperature.

For specific functions, please refer to the equipment you have purchased.
Due to the improvement of the product, the Haier refrigerated transit box you purchased may not becompletely consistent with the illustration in the manual. Hereby apologize. The instructions are subject to change without prior notice.
